    How to determine which period of CS Index should be used for

    evaluation of tender?

    Answer:

    The CS Index for the month that the tender has closed should

    be used.

    Example:

    A tender closed on 17th March 2011. Hence, March 2011 CS

    Index will be used for evaluation.

    A tender closed on 31st Dec 2011. Hence, Dec 2011 CS Index

    will be used for evaluation.
