Introduction
PMP Application Template Excel file is meant to be used as a FIRST STEP towards PMP Examination Application.
→ This Template consists of 5 Tabs: Introduction, Instructions, Project Calculation Details, Detailed Disctribution and Deliverables.
Usage Instructions
1. Minimum of 4,500 hours of project management experience in 36 nonoverlapped months for Graduates (gaps in experience and overlapping experience will not be counted).
2. Minimum of 7,500 hours of project management experience in 60 nonoverlapped months for Diploma Holders (gaps in experience and overlapping experience will not be counted).
3. Project management experience dating back at least three years from application submittal date.4. Project management experience not dating back further than eight years from the application submittal date.5. Project management experience is required in each of the following process areas when all projects are totaled, but not on each project.

Description
Enter the details in the form correctly, the information you enter should be verifiable.
Collect all the details about the projects as mentioned in the following steps, organize them in the chronological order. Please note:
Gaps in experience and overlapping experience will not be counted.
Gather details of the project as below:
· Project Role References contact information
· Job Title
· Organization Details
Kindly fill the start date of the project.
Kindly fill the end date of the project.
All the other calculations are done automatically.
Kindly fill the education details : either your bachelor's degree or your highest attained qualification.
If you have a Bachelor's degree and a PG Diploma, kindly mention the Bachelor's degree

Note : You need not to have worked over every phase for each project. It may vary with Project, Designation & responsiblites alloted to you. Project management experience is required in each of the process areas when all projects are totaled, but not on each project.
Project Deliverables: In this section write down the brief and precise description about the project as shown below. Please note the entire information should be completed within 500 alphabets. Also, deliverables need to be mentioned for each Project separately.
1) Develop Project plan
2) Develop Test plan and test scripts
3) Monitor the installation of the project.
