• Lives 15-20 minutes from MYF, about $100K annual income
• Referred by CFI, friend or walked-in to Gibbs; joined recently, or before 2000
• Single-engine IFR rating, 100 to 500 hours
• Most comfortably flies VFR in Cessnas and Pipers having IFR platforms
• AOPA member, but not CAASD member, and is not an aviation professional
• Flies mostly local pleasure flights, then training and staying current
• Flies any day of the week but prefers weekends / holidays
