Unit-5th, Kathua OFFICE OF THE CONTROLLER DRUG AND FOOD CONTROL ORGANIZATION PATOLI MANGOTRIAN J&K- JAMMU DRUG ALERT STOP USE NOTICE Following Drug Sample lifted by the Drug Inspector of this State under the Provisions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945 has been declared "Not of Standard Quality" by Government Analyst, Regional Drug Testing Laboratory Chandigarh. The public in general and the Stake Holders in particular are informed through the medium of this notice to discontinue usage / stop sale of the above Drug Sample. Further all the stake hold- ers who are in possession of any stock of said Drug shall inform the local Drug Authorities along- with procurement details to help the Department for effective Product Recall. This Public Notice is issued without prejudice to the right of the Manufacturer to get the Sample reanalyzed form the Appellate Laboratory as mandated under Rule 25 (3) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
