What means polyphenols? The polyphenols are organic molecules, present in the plant world (red fruits, red wine tannin, citrus fruits, green tea, apple, oignons….). They have beneficial effect on the health, with the help of their natural anti oxydant rule. We use it to prevent and treat some sickness, like cancer, inflammatory or cardiovascular sickness. What are the polyphenol benefit for the skin :
