Our country’s development is reliant on the growth of the economic sectors and local businesses that fuel day-to-day transaction and activities. As a young entrepreneur, you are tasked to create a partnership/corporation that will be joining in the 1st ever Zobel Christmas Bazaar.

Event Details
Venue: Sports Pavillion Date: Dec. 11, 2015
Ingress: 7:30 AM- 8:00 AM
Egress: 4:00 PM- 4:30 PM
Task Details
Each section will have 8 groups with 5-6 members.
Math teachers will be in-charged of the groupings.
Grading format and rubric will be given by each subject involved in the integration
MATH
Each group will make Articles of Incorporation of their Company
Create a company name. Submit a list of items to be sold during the bazaar
which is to be pre-approved by the teacher. All items listed will be the ONLY items to be sold during
the bazaar. A Sales Report and cost analysis report will be
submitted after the bazaar.
SCIENCE
Soap & detergent making w/packaging Social Entrepreneurship Program to be conducted with
partner communities

Parol or Christmas lantern making

Brochure and pamphlet making
SOCIAL STUDIES
Follow all the mechanics and requirements of the Christmas Bazaar
Submit a weekly progress report Make a Music Video Parody about Supply and Demand
prior to the event; the 3-minute video will show the working progress your business
Showcase the approved Music Video Parody during the Christmas Bazaar in you own kiosk
After the event, come up with a Business Review & Evaluation that includes your Supply & Demand Analysis with Financial Statement

Mechanics of the Bazaar
All groups will buy a space in the gym that will cost 1200 pesos (Proceeds to be given to the Goodbye Gutom Project of the school)
First come, first serve in choosing the space in the gym. (Payment will be made to the accounting office)
Present receipt to the Art teacher to be able to choose your booth space.
A contract will be given and signed by both parties.
MECHANICS – PRE BAZAAR
You will be given 4 days prior to the event date to work and consolidate the plans for the bazaar.
All documents needed by the each subject should be submitted two days before the bazaar.
All items should be approved at least 1 day before the event.
MECHANICS – POST BAZAAR
A sales report will be submitted in Math (Science) Conduct a business review and evaluation for SS
(Economics) and that includes your Supply & Demand Analysis and Financial Statement
(Art) (TLE) (Computer)
