01 After realizing that there is a huge shortage and a need for a Black Owned Geo -Technical Civil Laboratories in South Africa and due to the growth of infrastructure development in the

country and the unfolding construction projects in the market, in 2013 Mr. Jephty Ndabambi established his own Geo and civil lab to serve and compete in the construction market.

Ndabambi Geo-technical civil laboratory is a small enterprise with large passion and deep

understanding of quality infrastructure and a motivated company that encourages proper ground work & development for the whole of Africa. Our focus is on giving great civil

laboratory services to the nation, we also join hands with well-established laboratories & experienced individuals in order to provide the best analysis and tests on hand, the smallness of our company is an advantage for our clients and the civil society as whole, because when we handle a project we’re able to focus on it 100% on a boutique nature of managing strategy. Ours is adding value and security in all projects we do, while making an effective contribution

for the present and the future.

Managing Director / Head Technician: Mr.Jephty Ndabambi With more than 13 years’ experience as a technician Mr. Ndabambi is able to handle ground

Work and oversee a team of great expertise in the lab and also manage to be hands-on in Each and every tusk at hand.

Laboratory Manager:

Mr. Danielle Sithole With more than 13 years in the lab’s work he is the pillar in encouraging proper lab analysis and lab team management, he is the heart between the ground and the lab which is the soul Of proper communication within the lab and the ground team. Director / Quality Manager: Mrs. Rebecca Ndabambi With more than 9 years’ experience as a quality manager, our quality service depends on her Experience and thorough inspection of all test and analysis throughout the lab.

Senior Material Testers: We also have two great senior material testers with good experience and passion for their Job this are Architects of great infrastructure, Mr. Given Morebodi with 6 years’ experience and Mr. Sipho Kululu of 7 years’ experience within the team of our organization you’re assured to get the best service and most accurate analysis from us.

04 Quality Policy: It is with total commitment and dedication to quality that I, Jephty Ndabambi, General Manager of Ndabambi Geotechnical and Civil Laboratories., have implemented a management policy that complies With ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and I will provide leadership to ensure that this policy is understood, Implemented and maintained throughout the company whilst we conduct Laboratory testing of (Soils / aggregates / asphalts / concrete). In fulfilment of this policy the management team and I are committed to providing customer satisfaction with services offered by continuously meeting and improving upon agreed requirements. We shall endeavor to understand current and future customer needs and strive to exceed Our customer expectations and thus ensure reliable service quality and customer satisfaction. We shall apply the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 within Ndabambi Geo-technical and Civil Laboratories, to remain a preferred service provider and ensure a sustained competitive advantage.
