Pure Tech India – Where are we from?

Pure Tech India is located in Tiruchirappalli or Trichy as it is shortly called, situated in the southern state of

Tamilnadu, India about 320 Kms south of Chennai the state capital on the main rail and road linking Chennai

and Kanyakumari the southernmost tip of India in Tamilnadu. The city is the central part of the state and is on

the plains. The city is housing major Engineering Conglomerates like Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited and

Ministry of Defence establishments The Ordnance Factory and Heavy Alloy Penetrator Plant. There are a lot

of auxiliary units catering to these conglomerates and speciality engineering industries like ours.

Pure Tech assumes significance not only for its unique and speciality production nature here but also is

influenced by some great master piece engineering structures in Trichy and nearby areas:

The place is Big Temple situated at about 48 Kms from Pure Tech. One of the largest man-made engineering structures in Asia with its tower standing at 217 feet and the tower is a fine example of Engineering excellence with the whole structure standing in un-cemented cut rock compilation and held together with lime, drumstick gum and other native materials. The structure is marvellous for its engineering acumen, precision and execution. The structure was constructed in 1010 AD.

We wish to showcase not only our technical skills but also would like to introduce you to the skill level of our place by these additional information’s:

The first man made dam in the whole world it is believed and constructed in 2 AD. This is a stone dam with no cementing and stands on rock, lime structure. Before the construction of this dam it seems there was no agriculture in the parched areas of this kingdom and the king named Karikalan of the Chola Dynasty was instrumental in diverting the river Cauvery to all the areas to make the area the Grannery of South India. This is an excellent case of water management and efficient utilization of available resources.

While the above two examples provide the reassuring and encouraging insight about our forefathers in

Humankind, the below adds to the beauty of this nature.

Nature has bestowed us with good climate, is safeguarding us from natural calamities, provided us with a

river that is lifeline for living, has shown its marvel by having a Rock hill in the midst of plain lands. It will be

proper that Pure Tech dedicates itself for conserving the costly, fast depleting natural resources of water and

oil. The above introduction is for the place which has given us an opportunity to present ourselves and now

we offer the reason and motive of this profile document.

Oil Water Separator:

An Innovative product used to separate two non miscible liquids with specific density difference. The

equipment uses in depth study of liquid chemistry and physical properties required to separate the liquids.

Metal working fluids (popularly called as Water soluble coolants or Emulsion Coolants or simply

Coolants) are widely used in most of the machine tools for cooling and lubrication. The contaminants in

coolant spoils the quality of job work, working environments for workers and others, also becomes a great

nuisance for environment creating ground water degradation and other potential environmental hazards. The

damage caused to the environment is cumulative and mostly irrecoverable. The technology solution – a

Coolant Recovery system, offered by the venture idea provides them an opportunity, to convert this

waste to wealth, by recovering the so far irrecoverable oil for use again. Besides this distinctive

Stainless Steel Bag filter – InstaTrap:

The bag filtration system is unique due to its filter media material. The systems are made from

Stainless Steel wire cloth Dutch/ Twill woven to offer filtration efficiencies up to 2 microns. The systems are

backwashable and do not need replacements.
