In connection with the subject mentioned above, the undersigned has to request him/her to send the names of Teachers having minimum 20 yrs. of service as on 31.03.2015 and as per quota of the district mentioned in the Annexure-II attached to this letter from recognised schools of the district (Govt./Govt. Sponsored/Govt. Aided & Recognised Unaided Primary & Secondary Schools, Madrasahs) for Siksha Ratna Award, 2015 as recommended by the District Committee. Composition of the District Committee: 1. District Magistrate - 2. District Inspector of Schools(S.E) - 3. Chairperson, D.P.S.C - 4. District Inspector of Schools(P.E) - 5. District Project Officer, SSM - Chairman, Secretary & Convenor, Member, Member, Member Atthe time of recommending the names of teachers, he/she is requested to fill up the prescribed format properly(Annexure-III). The said filled up format along with required documents, as per list attached with this letter, should be submitted to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengalj Deputy Director of School Education (Dev. & Ping), West Bengal within 14th August 2015. He/She is also instructed to issue Notice to be displayed at the Notice Board of Govt. Offices like District Magistrate, District Inspector of Schools(S.E), District Inspector of Schools(P.E),D.P.S.C. , D.P.O. , District officer for Phy.Edn. & Youth welfare, Corporation, Municipality, Zilla Parishad, Head Post Office etc. for wide publicity.
