Action points related to MIS1. We have to install the new version of MIS SW

throughout all GP/Block.2. We have to complete the works entry within 7th

of each month. Complete all back logs of 2008-09 by 31st August, 08.

3. Data entry of 2008-09 financial year should be always up-to-date, no back-log will be considered by P&RD.

4. MIS data entry progress report & back up data CD should reach District Cell by every 15 days.

5. MIS report as per prescribed format.6. Work entry of 2008-09 backup submission.


Action points related to Monthly Report and Social Audit

• Total Expenditure figure of FPR should match with the total Expenditure figure of MPR II.

• All monthly reports should be cross checked minutely by the responsible official before submission.

• MPR IV newly prescribed format should be strictly followed.
