We are well aware of global trends in textile trade, especially the fact that both supplier and buyer margins have reduced in the last decade. Considering this, we have set up our system based on two objectives: first to control our cost and second to offer the best possible prices to our valued buyers.

Our broad product range includes poly cotton, 100% cotton, cotton rich and Egyptian cotton blends in different qualities and weaving techniques. We weave these qualities on auto looms, Sulzer looms and air jet looms according to customer requirements.

We offer complete range of institutional sheeting for hotel, and laundries; including Vat dyed and Chlorine Fast logo printed institutional sheeting.

Quality Control plays a vital role in consistent production of top quality products. Our quality assurance department closely monitors all quality parameters throughout the process from yarn procurement to weaving, processing, stitching and packing of finished products. Maheen Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd. has the big portfolio of looms comprising of Power, Auto, Shuttle less, Air jet. We have the facility of weaving all kind the fabrics. The State of art weaving production department has average capacity up to 2.6 Millions meter per month with high quality of grey fabrics & our grey checking (mending) department has 60,000 meters capacity per day. We have on - line Quality department to maintain the quality & International standards. They Inspect the fabrics according to given AQL Level.

Our monthly processing production capacity is 1.5 millions meters per month. We follow the customers requirements at every stage. The QC department has the backing of a fully equipped laboratory, which scrutinizes the fabric flow at all level. We produce Oeko-Tex 100 Certified products, which ensure that our goods meet the human ecological requirements.

The product line is customized to manufacturer of various styles & sizes according to the requirements of our customers. Company growth in 2012 over 2013 is 26.16%. Its all due to our energetic & progressive management team & assurance of our existing customers to place Business, as well as new customers join us.

At Maheen Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd, we believe in originality as character & quality as foundation.

We have documented a quality manual with details on the quality management system of our organization. It also contains documented quality plan setting out the specific quality practices, resources required and the sequence of activities relevant to each particular product.

Our Quality Control / R&D department has a broad experience in Woven & Knitted fabrics. Our Quality Control / R&D department has complete equipment for testing from yarn to finished goods. We always monitor production jobs against highest quality standards as well as customer requirements.

Quality Control Laboratory

We have a state of the art Quality Control Laboratory with complete equipment for testing of goods from yarn to finished products. Our QC staff is properly trained by well reputed international labs by holding training session according to their requirements.

We closely monitor all production jobs according to our quality control system and specific requirements of the customer. We ensure all quality parameters throughout the process from yarn procurement to spinning, weaving, processing, stitching and packing of finished products. Our Quality Control Inspectors collect samples from different stages and forward to Q.C Lab for testing. After complete testing, Q.C Manager gives approval of the goods for the next process. At every stage Q.C Lab follows the customer’s requirements.

Marketing Department

Our Marketing department maintain efficient and softly coordination with our valued customers by timely and accurate information to ensure maximum satisfaction. Merchandisers are assigned to each customer for proper tracking and follow – up the order status from yarn procurement to shipment, after sales – service, Strike Off & new developments etc.

Export Documentation Department

Export documentation department prepare the shipping documents & arrangements made for shipment of goods as per instructions of the customers to any destination around the globe.
