USKA Diplome (de)

1 Allgemeines

Zur Förderung der Aktivitäten auf den Bändern stiftet die USKA (Union Schweizerischer Kurzwellen Amateure) folgende Diplome. Für deren Erreichung sind, wie beim bisherigen HELVETIA 26 Diplom, möglichst viele Schweizer Kantone auf möglichst vielen Bändern zu arbeiten.

Die Diplome werden in 2 Grundausführungen, einmal für die HF – Bänder und zu andern für die VHF (inkl. UHF und SHF) – Bänder herausgegeben.

2 Diplome

2.1 HF – Diplome 1.8 – 30 MHz

2.1.1 HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD (Bänder vorgegeben)

• Das Helvetia 26 HF-AWARD ist das Grunddiplom und bildet die Basis für alle weiteren HF - Diplome. Bisherige Helvetia 26 Diplome werden anstelle des neuen „HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD“ als Grunddiplom bis zum 31.12. 2004 anerkannt.

• Für das HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD ist je eine Verbindung mit jedem der 26 Schweizer Kantone in irgend einer Betriebsart auf einem beliebigen Band nachzuweisen. Die 26 Schweizer Kantone sind:

AI = Appenzell Innerrhoden

AR = Appenzell Ausserrhoden

BE = Bern

BL = Basel-Landschaft

BS = Basel-Stadt

FR = Freiburg / Fribourg

GE = Genf / Genève

GL = Glarus

GR = Graubünden

NE = Neuenburg / Neuchâtel

NW = Nidwalden

OW = Obwalden

SG = St. Gallen

SH = Schaffhausen

• Das HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD wird als mixed (ohne Sticker) oder für einzelne Betriebsarten (alle mit separaten Stickers)

herausgegeben.


• Zu den Basisdiplomen werden folgende Erweiterungs - Sticker abgegeben:

• Für Einzelbänder (inkl. 2200 m)

• 5B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD wenn alle Kantone auf jedem Band 10, 15, 20, 40 und 80 m nachgewiesen werden

• 6B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD wenn alle Kantone auf jedem Band 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 und 160 m nachgewiesen werden

• 9B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD wenn alle Kantone auf jedem Band 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 und 160 m nachgewiesen werden

• ab dem 5B-HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD wird auf Wunsch eine Wappenscheibe oder ein Sondersticker abgegeben

2.1.2 SWITZERLAND HF-AWARD (Bänder frei wählbar)

• Das SWITZERLAND 75 ist das Grunddiplom dieser Serie und bildet die Basis für die nachfolgenden Diplome. Für das Basisdiplom sind 75 Kantone auf beliebigen Bändern bis 30 MHz zu arbeiten.

• Das SWITZERLAND 75 wird als mixed (ohne Sticker) oder für einzelne Betriebsarten

o CW

o Phone (z.B. SSB, AM)

o digital (z.B. RTTY, SSTV, PSK)

herausgegeben

• Zu den Basisdiplomen werden folgende Erweiterungs - Sticker abgegeben:

o SWITZERLAND 100 wenn 100 Kantone auf beliebigen Bändern nachgewiesen werden


und so weiter: ein separater Sticker für je 10 weitere Verbindungen bis zum


2.1.3 SWITZERLAND HF HONOR ROLL

• In die SWITZERLAND HF-HONOR ROLL wird aufgenommen wer mindestens 45% der möglichen 260 Kantone, also mehr als 117 Kantone gearbeitet und nachgewiesen hat.

• Die HF-Honor Roll Mitglieder werden jährlich im HB-Radio publiziert und auf der USKA Homepage www.uska.ch aufgeführt.


2.2 VHF – Diplome über 30 MHz

2.2.1 HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (Bänder vorgegeben)

• Analog zu HF-Diplomen: pro Einzelband ab 6 m (gegen oben offen); bisherige. Helvetia 26 VHF Diplome werden anstelle des neuen „HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD“ als Grunddiplom bis zum 31.12. 2004 anerkannt.

• Betriebsarten: wie bei HF-Diplomen; zusätzlich Betriebsart SAT (Satellit). Bei der Betriebsart „SAT“ zählt als Basisversion das 2 m - Band

Für Einzelbänder

o 2B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (2 m + 70 cm bzw. bei „SAT“ 2m + 1 höheres Band)

o 3B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (2B H26 VHF + 1 höheres Band oder 6 m)

o 4B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (3B H26 VHF + 1 höhere Bänder oder 6 m)

o 5B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (4B H26 VHF + 1 höheres Band oder 6 m) usw.

o ab dem 3B-H26 VHF wird auf Wunsch eine Wappenscheibe oder ein Sondersticker herausgegeben

2.2.2 SWITZERLAND VHF-AWARD (Bänder frei wählbar)

• Das SWITZERLAND 40 VHF ist das Grunddiplom dieser Serie und bildet die Basis für die nachfolgenden Diplome. Für das Basisdiplom sind 40 Kantone auf beliebigen Bändern über 30 MHz zu arbeiten.

• SWITZERLAND 50 VHF: 50 Kantone ab 6 m (Bänder gegen oben offen)

• SWITZERLAND 60 VHF: ab 60 Kantone ab 6 m in 10er-Schritten

und so weiter bis

• SWITZERLAND XXX VHF-AWARD: alle 26 Kantone auf xxx VHF Bändern

2.2.3 SWITZERLAND VHF HONOR ROLL

• ins SWITZERLAND VHF-HONOR ROLL wird aufgenommen, wer 80 Kantone und mehr Kantone (ab 6 m) bestätigt hat.

• die VHF-Honor Roll Mitglieder werden jährlich im HB-Radio publiziert und auf der USKA Homepage www.uska.ch aufgeführt.


2.3 HF/VHF – Diplome

2.3.1 HELVETIA-FT8-Diplom

Das Helvetia FT8-Diplom wird gestützt auf die geografische Unterteilung in Kantone - wie beim Helvetia- und dem Switzerland-Diplome - ausschliesslich nur in der Betriebsart FT8 vergeben.

• Das Diplom kann von jedem OM oder SWL beantragt werden.

• Man kann das Helvetia-FT8-Diplom erhalten, indem Kontakte zu allen 26 Schweizer Kantonen nachgewiesen werden.

• Das Diplom wird nur im FT8-Modus vergeben.

• Gültig sind Kontakte, die ab dem 1. Januar 2017 in einem der autorisierten Bänder hergestellt wurden. Nicht gültig sind Kontakte, die mit unbemannten Stationen zustande gekommen sind.

• Die Anerkennung eines Kantons erfolgt unabhängig vom Band und der Art und Weise, in der es gearbeitet wurde. Es ist unumgänglich, dass der Kanton von dem der Kontakt gemacht wurde, eindeutig auf der QSL angegeben wird.

• Um ein Einband-Helvetia-FT8-Diplom zu erhalten, müssen wie in der allgemeinen Kategorie 26 jedoch alle auf dem gleichen Band (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 oder 160 m) nachgewiesen werden.

• Um in die Helvetia-FT8-Honor-Roll zu erhalten, müssen alle 26 Kantone auf mindestens 5 Bändern nachgewiesen werden.

• Für jeden Antrag gilt die herkömmliche Kantonsliste der Schweiz.

• Der Antrag des Diploms kann mit einer GCR-Liste und Fotokopien der QSLs an den USKA Traffic Manager gesandt werden.

2.3.2 WASPC - Schweizer Postleitzahlen-Diplom

Das WASPC-Diplom wird gestützt auf die kontaktierten, offiziellen Postleitzahlen vergeben.

• Die Auszeichnung kann von jedem OM mit Lizenz oder SWL beantragt werden.

• Man kann das Diplom WASPC erhalten, indem Kontakte mit mindestens 150 Postleit-zahlen nachgewiesen werden, die in der offiziellen Liste der Schweizerischen Post aufgeführt sind. Die vollständige Liste finden Sie auf der USKA-Website (http://www.uska.ch) im Bereich „Datei-Download“.

• Die Auszeichnung wird nur in der Kategorie „Mixed“ vergeben, der die Modi Phonie, CW und Digital (alle automatisch erzeugten Betriebsarten) umfasst.

• Gültig sind Kontakte, die ab dem 1. Januar 1980 hergestellt wurden und sich in einem der autorisierten Bänder befinden. Nicht gültig sind Kontakte sind, die über Relais hergestellt wurden.

• Die Anerkennung einer Postleitzahl erfolgt unabhängig vom Band und der Art und Weise, in der sie gearbeitet wurde. Es ist unumgänglich, dass die Postleizahl aus welcher der Kontakt gemacht wurde, eindeutig auf der QSL angegeben wird.

• Es gibt maximal 4107 Postleitzahlen.

• Um den Einband-WASPC-Diplom zu erhalten, müssen 150 Postleitzahlen in einem einzelnen Band (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 oder 160 m) nachgewiesen werden.

• Um in die WASPC-Honor-Roll zu gelangen, müssen Kontakte mit 1‘000 verschiedenen in Phonie, CW oder Digital nachgewiesen werden.

• Für jeden Antrag gilt die aktuelle Postleitzahlen-Liste, die auf der USKA-Website veröffentlicht und stets nachgeführt wird.

• Die Antrag des Diploms kann mit einer GCR-Liste und Fotokopien der QSLS an den USKA Traffic Manager gesendet werden.


2.3.3 WASD - Schweizer Bezirks-Diplom

Die Schweizer Kantone sind in kleinere - geographisch zusammenhängende - Verwaltungs-einheiten unterteilt, die sogenannten Bezirke.

• Die Auszeichnung kann von jedem OM mit Lizenz oder SWL beantragt werden.

• Man kann das WASD-Diplom erhalten, indem Kontakte mit mindestens 50 Schweizer Bezirken nachgewiesen werden, die auf der offiziellen Bezirkskarte 2015 aufgeführt sind. Die vollständige Liste befindet sich auf der USKA-Website (http://www.uska.ch); im File „Diplom Downloadbereich“.

• Das Diplom wird nur in der Kategorie „Mixed“ vergeben, der die Betriebsarten Phonie, CW und Digital (alle automatisch erzeugten Betriebsarten) umfasst.

• Gültig sind Kontakte, die ab dem 1. Januar 1980 hergestellt wurden und sich in einem der autorisierten Bänder befinden. Nicht gültig sind Kontakte sind, die über Relais hergestellt wurden.

• Die Anerkennung eines Bezirks erfolgt unabhängig vom Band und der Art und Weise, in der es gearbeitet wurde. Es ist unumgänglich, dass der Standort von dem der Kontakt gemacht wurde, eindeutig auf der QSL angegeben wird.

• Es gibt zurzeit maximal 143 Bezirke (in 8 kleineren Kantonen gibt es keine Bezirke, der Kanton zählt selbst als Bezirk).

• Um ein Einband-WASD-Diplom zu erhalten, müssen wie in der allgemeinen Kategorie 50 Kontakte, jedoch alle auf dem gleichen Band (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 oder 160 m) nachgewiesen werden.

• Um in die WASD-Honor-Roll zu gelangen, müssen 130 Bezirke in Phonie, CW oder Digital nachgewiesen werden.

• Für jeden Antrag gilt die aktuelle Bezirks-Liste, die auf der USKA-Website veröffentlicht und stets nachgeführt wird.

• Der Antrag des Diploms kann mit einer GCR-Liste und Fotokopien der QSLs an den USKA Traffic Manager gesandt werden.


3 Bedingungen

• Die Diplome werden an alle lizenzierten Funkamateure und SWL’s ausgegeben.

• Der Diplomantrag ist auf dem offiziellen „Antragsformular“ (siehe USKA-homepage www.uska.ch) einzureichen.

• Alle Bestätigungen sind ab 1. 1. 1980 gültig. Es zählt nur 1 Verbindung pro Station und Band. Beim 4B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD und höher kann die gleiche Station mehrmals in verschiedenen Kantonen gearbeitet werden (Rover-Station).

• Alle Verbindungen müssen vom gleichen DXCC-Land oder vom gleichen Kanton aus getätigt worden sein.

• Dem Antrag sind folgende Nachweise beizulegen:

o Liste aller Verbindungen auf der 1 Club-Offizieller oder 2 Amateure per Unterschrift bestätigen, dass alle QSL’s vorliegen (GCR-list) oder

o eQSL’s - Kopie aus dem eigenen Archiv von einem Club-Offiziellen oder 2 Amateuren visiert, oder

o Photokopien der QSL – Karten (diese werden nur auf spezielles Verlangen retourniert)

• Der USKA-AWARD Manager behält sich Stichprobenkontrollen vor. Er kann jederzeit QSL-Karten anfordern. Seine Entscheidung ist endgültig und nicht anfechtbar.

• Auf Wunsch des Antragstellers kann ein Foto auf dem Diplom eingefügt werden.

• Dem Antrag ist die vollständige Gebühr in US$, € oder CHF (paypal oder bar) beizulegen.

• Alle Diplome und Sticker werden laufend nummeriert beginnend mit 001; sie werden nach Eingangsdatum bearbeitet.

3.1 Gebühren

Upgrade (Anzahl Kantone): 100 HF, 110 HF, 120 HF usw. in 10er Schritten bis 260

3. Helvetia 26 VHF

Betriebsarten: CW, phone, digital, SAT

Einzelbänder: 6, 2 m, 70, 23, 13, 6, 3 cm usw.

3.3 Anträge

Diplômes USKA (fr)

1 Généralités

Afin de promouvoir l'activité sur les bandes, l'USKA (Union des Amateurs Suisses d'Ondes courtes) crée les diplômes ci-après. Pour les obtenirs il faut, comme jusqu'à présent pour le HELVETIA 26, contacter autant de cantons que possible sur un maximum de bandes.

Les diplômes sont remis sous 2 formes de base, l'une pour les bandes HF, et l'autre pour les bandes VHF (y.c. UHF et SHF).

2 Diplômes

2.1 Diplômes HF 1.8 – 30 MHz

2.1.1 HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD (bandes prescrites)

• Le diplôme Helvetia 26 HF-AWARD est le diplôme de base utilisé comme support pour tous les diplômes suivants. Le diplôme Helvetia 26 actuel est reconnu comme diplôme de base pour le nouveau „HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD“ jusqu'au 31.12.2004.

• Pour obtenir le HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD il faut une liaison avec chacun des 26 cantons suisses, quel que soit le mode et la bande. Les 26 cantons suisses sont:

AG = Agovie

AI = Appenzell Rh. intérieures

AR = Appenzell Rh. extérieures

BE = Bern

BL = Bâle Campagne

BS = Bâle Ville

FR = Fribourg

GE = Genève

GL = Glaris

GR = Grisons

JU = Jura

LU = Lucerne

NE = Neuchâtel

NW = Nidwald

OW = Obwald

SG = St. Galle

SH = Schaffhouse

• HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD est délivré en mixed (sans sticker) ou pour les modes d'exploitation particuliers (chacun avec son propre sticker)

o CW

o Phone (par ex. SSB, AM)

o digital (par ex. RTTY, SSTV, PSK).

• Des stickers additionnels viennent compléter le diplôme de base:

o pour Monobandes (2200 m inclu)

o 5B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD lorsque tous les cantons sont prouvés sur chacune des bandes 10, 15, 20, 40 et 80 m.

o 6B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD lorsque tous les cantons sont prouvés sur chacune des bandes 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 et 160 m.

o 9B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD lorsque tous les cantons sont prouvés sur chacune des bandes 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 et 160 m.

o dès le 5B-HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD, et sur demande, il est remis une plaquette ou un sticker spécial.

2.1.2 SWITZERLAND HF-AWARD (bandes librement choisies)

• Le diplôme SWITZERLAND 75 est le diplôme de base de cette série et il sert de support pour tous les diplômes suivants. Il faut contacter 75 cantons sur n'importe quelle bande jusqu'à 30 MHz pour l'obtenir.

• Le diplôme SWITZERLAND 75 est remis comme mixed (sans sticker) ou pour des modes d'exploitation particuliers

o CW

o Phone (par ex. SSB, AM)

o digital (par ex. RTTY, SSTV, PSK)

• Les stickers additionnels suivants viennent compléter le diplôme de base:

o SWITZERLAND 100 lorsque 100 cantons sont prouvés sur n'importe quelle bande

o SWITZERLAND 110 lorsque 110 cantons sont prouvés sur n'importe quelle bande

puis un nouveau sticker pour chaque tranche de 10 contacts supplémentaires, jusqu'au

o SWITZERLAND 260 lorsque 260 cantons sont prouvés sur n'importe quelle bande.


• Fait partie du SWITZERLAND HF-HONOR ROLL celui qui a contacté au moins 45% des 260 cantons possibles, donc a contacté plus de 117 cantons.

• Les membres du HF-Honor Roll sont publiés chaque année dans l'HB-Radio et figurent sur la home page de l'USKA www.uska.ch.

2.2 Diplômes VHF au dessus de 30 MHz

2.2.1 HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (bandes prescrites)

• Analogue aux diplômes HF: pour chaque bande dès 6 m (sans limite vers le haut); le diplôme Helvetia 26 VHF actuel est aussi reconnu comme diplôme de base au lieu du nouveau „HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD“ jusqu'au 31.12.2004.

• Modes d'exploitation: comme pour les diplômes HF, avec en plus le mode SAT (satellite).

• Pour le mode „SAT“ la version de base commence avec la bande de 2 m.

o pour Monobandes

o 2B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (2 m + 70 cm respectivement pour „SAT“ 2m + 1 bande supérieure)

o 3B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (2B H26 VHF + 1 bande sup. ou 6 m)

o 4B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (3B H26 VHF + 1 bande sup. ou 6 m)

o 5B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (4B H26 VHF + 1 bande sup. ou 6 m) etc.

o dès le 3B-H26 VHF, et sur demande, il est remis une plaquette ou un sticker spécial.

2.2.2 SWITZERLAND VHF-AWARD (bandes librement choisies)

• Le diplôme SWITZERLAND 40 VHF est le diplôme de base de cette série et il sert de support pour les diplômes suivants. Il faut contacter 40 cantons sur n'importe quelle bande au dessus de 30 MHz pour l'obtenir.

• SWITZERLAND 50 VHF

50 cantons dès 6 m (bandes illimitées vers le haut)


60 cantons dès 6 m (bandes illimitées vers le haut) et ainsi de suite, par tranche de 10 cantons, jusqu'au

• SWITZERLAND XXX VHF-AWARD

tous les 26 cantons sur xxx bandes VHF


• Fait partie du SWITZERLAND VHF-HONOR ROLL celui qui a confirmé 80 cantons et plus (à partir de 6 m).

• Les membres du VHF-Honor Roll sont publiés chaque année dans l'HB-Radio et figurent sur la home page de l'USKA www.uska.ch.

2.3 Diplômes HF / VHF

2.3.1 DIPLÔME HELVETIA FT8

Le Diplôme Helvetia FT8 est attribué selon les bases suivantes: division géographique des Cantons, comme pour le Helvetia et le Switzerland Award, mais uniquement en mode FT8.

• Le Diplôme peut être demandé par tout OM ou SWL.

• Vous pouvez obtenir le Diplôme Helvetia FT8 en certifiant les contacts avec les 26 Cantons suisses.

• Le Diplôme ne sera attribué qu'en mode FT8.

• Les contacts établis à partir du 1er janvier 2017 sur l'une des bandes autorisées seront valables, à l'exclusion des contacts établis via une station non desservie.

• La reconnaissance d'un canton se fera indépendamment de la bande et de la manière dont elle a été travaillée, et il suffira que la référence et / ou le nom du Canton, ou toute référence identifiant géographiquement le Canton, soient: clairement mentionnés sur la QSL.

• Pour obtenir le Diplôme Helvetia FT8 sur une seule bande, il sera nécessaire d’obtenir le même nombre de Cantons dans la catégorie générale, c.-à-d. tous les 26 sur la même bande (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 et 160 m).

• Pour obtenir le Honor Roll du Diplôme Helvetia FT8, il sera nécessaire d'obtenir les 26 Cantons sur au moins 5 bandes.

• Pour chaque demande, se référer à la liste des Cantons suisses.

• La demande de diplôme doit être envoyée au responsable Traffic Manager de l'USKA, avec une liste GCR et une photocopie des QSL.

2.3.2 WASPC - Diplôme des Codes Postaux Suisses

Le Diplôme WASPC est attribué selon la base du concept géographique des codes postaux.

• Le diplôme peut être demandé par tout OM titulaire d'une licence ou SWL.

• Vous pouvez obtenir le diplôme WASPC en certifiant les contacts avec un minimum de 150 codes postaux parmi ceux indiqués dans la liste officielle de La Poste Suisse. La liste complète est disponible sur le site Web de USKA (http://www.uska.ch), dans la zone de «téléchargement Diplôme».

• Le diplôme ne sera attribué qu'en mode ”Mixte“, comprenant les modes Phonie, CW et Digital (tous les modes générés par des machines).

• Les contacts établis à partir du 1er janvier 1980 et dans l'une des bandes autorisées seront valables, à l'exclusion des contacts établis au travers d’un type quelconque de répéteur.

• La reconnaissance d’un code postal sera faite indépendamment de la bande et de la manière dont il a été travaillé; il suffira que le code postal mentionné soit clairement mentionné sur la QSL

• Il y a un maximum de 4107 codes postaux.

• Pour obtenir le diplôme WASPC sur une seule bande, il sera nécessaire d’obtenir 150 codes postaux (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 et 160 m).

• Pour obtenir le Diplôme d'honneur WASPC, il sera nécessaire d'obtenir 1’000 références de codes postaux en Phonie, en CW ou en Digital.

• Pour chaque demande, se référer à la liste actuelle des codes postaux disponible sur le site Web de l'USKA, continuellement mise à jour.

• La demande de diplôme doit être envoyée au responsable du trafic de l'USKA, avec une liste GCR et une photocopies des QSL.


2.3.3 WASD - Diplôme des Districts suisses

Les Cantons suisses sont subdivisés en de plus petites régions administratives appelées Districts.

• Le diplôme peut être demandé par tout OM licencié ou SWL.

• En certifiant des contacts avec au moins 50 Districts suisses parmi ceux mentionnés dans la liste officielle 2015, il sera possible d’obtenir le diplôme WASD. La liste complète est disponible sur le site Web de l'USKA (http://www.uska.ch), dans la zone de «téléchargement Diplôme».

• Le diplôme ne sera attribué qu'en mode ”Mixte“ comprenant les modes Phonie, CW et Digital (tous les modes générés par des machines).

• Les contacts établis à partir du 1er janvier 1980 et dans l'une des bandes autorisées seront valables, à l'exclusion des contacts établis au travers d’un type quelconque de répéteur.

• La reconnaissance d'un District sera faite indépendamment de la bande et de la manière dont elle a été travaillée, et il suffira que le site de transmission référencé soit clairement mentionné sur la QSL.

• Il y a actuellement un maximum de 143 Districts (dans 8 Cantons, il n'y a pas de Districts, le Canton lui-même est considéré comme District).

• Pour obtenir le diplôme WASD sur une seule bande, il sera nécessaire d’obtenir le même nombre de Districts (50) comme dans la catégorie générale, toutefois sur une seule bande. (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 et 160 m).

• Pour obtenir le diplôme d'honneur WASDA, il sera nécessaire d'obtenir 130 références de Districts en Phonie, en CW ou en Digital.

• Pour chaque demande, se référer à la liste actuelle des districts disponible sur le site Web de l'USKA, continuellement mise à jour.

• La demande de diplôme doit être envoyée au responsable du trafic de l'USKA, avec une liste GCR et une photocopies des QSL.


3 Conditions

• Les diplômes sont remis à tous les radioamateurs licenciés et aux SWL's.

• La demande de diplôme doit être présentée sur la formule officielle "demande de diplôme" (voir home page USKA www.uska.ch).

• Toute les confirmations dès le 1.1.1980 sont valables. Il n'est compté qu'une liaison par station et par bande. HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD et plus haut la même station peut être contactée plusieurs fois dans divers cantons (Rover-Station).

• Toutes les liaisons doivent avoir été établies depuis le même pays DXCC ou depuis le même canton.

• Il faut joindre à la demande l'un des moyens de preuve suivants:

o Liste de tous les contacts avec signature officielle d'un club ou de 2 amateurs certificant que toutes les QSL's sont disponibles (liste GRC), ou

o Copie des QSL’s électroniques de ses propres archives, visée par un club officiel ou 2 amateurs, ou

o Photocopies des cartes QSL (qui ne seront retournées que sur demande).

• Le manager USKA-AWARD se réserve le droit de contrôles par sondage. Il peut exiger en tout temps des cartes QSL. Sa décision est définitive et sans appel.

• Sur demande du requérant le diplôme peut être établi avec une photo. Le montant total du coût doit accompagner la demande, en US$, € ou CHF (paypal ou espèces)

• Tous les diplômes et sticker sont numérotés de façon continue en commençant à 001, et traités d'après leur date d'entrée.

3.1 Prix

• Les prix sont fixés comme suit:

Diplômes de base HELVETIA 26 HF, SWITZERLAND 75, HELVETIA 26 VHF et SWITZERLAND 40 VHF

2. Switzerland HF

Modes d'exploitation: CW, phone, numérique

Complément (nombre de cantons): 100 HF, 110 HF, 120 HF, etc. par pas de 10 jusqu'à 260

HF 117 cantons et plus: HF Honor Roll (sous forme de sticker spécial)

3. Helvetia 26 VHF

Modes d'exploitation: CW, phone, numérique, SAT

Monobande: 6, 2 m; 70, 23, 13, 6, 3 cm, etc.

Multibande: 2 bandes VHF, 3 bandes VHF, 4 bandes VHF, etc.

1 In generale

Allo scopo di promuovere l’attività sulle bande amatoriali, l’USKA (Unione Radioamatori di Onde Corte Svizzeri) ha creato dei diplomi descritti in seguito.

Lo scopo è di collegare il maggior numero di Cantoni svizzeri sul maggior numero di bande possibili, come richiesto finora per il diploma HELVETIA 26

2 Diplomi

2.1 Diploma HF 1.8 – 30 MHz

2.1.1 HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD (dipendente dalle bande di trasmissione)

• L’Helvetia 26 HF-AWARD è il diploma di base dal quale si potranno ottenere tutti i diplomi HF successivi. Gli attuali diplomi Helvetia 26 verranno riconosciuti come nuovi „HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD“ versione diploma di base fino al 31.12. 2004.

• Per ottenere l’HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD è richiesto un collegamento con ognuno dei 26 Cantoni svizzeri in qualsiasi modo di trasmissione su qualsiasi banda. I 26 Cantoni svizzeri sono i seguenti:

o 9B – HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD quando saranno confermati tutti i Cantoni su ognuna delle seguenti bande 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 e 160 m

o a partire dal 5B-HELVETIA 26 HF-AWARD è disponibile su richiesta una composizione in vetro peltro oppure un’etichetta speciale.

2.1.2 SWITZERLAND HF-AWARD (scelta di banda libera)

• Lo SWITZERLAND 75 è il diploma di base sul quale si potranno formare tutti i diplomi successivi. Per il diploma di base è necessario lavorare 75 Cantoni su qualsiasi banda fino ai 30 MHz.

• Lo SWITZERLAND 75 è rilasciato per il modo misto (senza etichette) oppure per ogni singolo modo di trasmissione

o CW

o Phone (es. SSB, AM)

o digital (es. RTTY, SSTV, PSK)

• In aggiunta al diploma base, sono disponibili le seguenti etichette di distinzione:

o SWITZERLAND 100 quando saranno confermati 100 Cantoni sulle bande a scelta


o A partire dallo SWITZERLAND 110 e per ogni ulteriori 10 Cantoni confermati è disponibile una distinzione supplementare, fino a:



• Lo SWITZERLAND HF-HONOR ROLL può essere richiesto dopo aver collegato e confermato almeno il 45%dei 260 Cantoni, vale a dire più di 117 Cantoni.

• L’elenco dei Membri HF-Honor Roll sarà pubblicato annualmente sull’organo ufficiale USKA HB-Radio come pure inseriti sulla pagina web www.uska.ch.

2.2 Diplomi VHF (sopra i 30 MHz )

2.2.1 HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (dipendente dalle bande di trasmissione)

• Analogamente ai diplomi HF, a partire dai 6m , per ogni singola banda. Gli attuali diplomi Helvetia 26 VHF saranno riconosciuti quali diplomi di base „HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD fino al 31.12. 2004.

• Modi di trasmissione: Come per i diplomi HF; in aggiunta si riconosce il modo SAT (Satellite). La distinzione SAT può essere ottenuta dopo il conseguimento della versione di base 2m.

o per singola banda

o 2B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (2 m + 70 cm, oppure con „SAT“ 2m + 1 banda superiore)

o 3B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD (2B H26 VHF + 1 banda superiore o 6 m)



e via di seguito

o a partire da 3B-H26 VHF é disponibile su richiesta una composizione in vetro peltro oppure un’etichetta speciale

2.2.2 SWITZERLAND VHF-AWARD (Libera scelta delle bande)

• SWITZERLAND 40 VHF é il primo diploma di questa serie e costituisce la base per i diplomi successivi. È necessario lavorare 40 Cantoni sulle bande superiori ai 30MHz a vostra scelta.


50 Cantoni a partire dai 6m


da 60 Cantoni a partire dai 6m e per ogni ulteriori 10 cantoni confermati e cosi via fino a

• SWITZERLAND XXX VHF-AWARD

xxx Cantoni su tutte le bande disponibili a partire dai 6m


• Per lo SWITZERLAND VHF-HONOR ROLL saranno tenute in considerazione le richieste di chi ha confermati 80 o più Cantoni (a partire dai 6m)

• L’elenco dei membri VHF-Honor Roll sarà pubblicato annualmente sull’organo ufficiale USKA HB-Radio come pure inseriti sulla pagina web www.uska.ch .


2.3 Diplomi HF/VHF

2.3.1 DIPLOMA HELVETIA FT8

L'Helvetia FT8 Award viene assegnato in base alle seguenti basi: il concetto geografico dei Cantoni, come per il Diploma Helvetia e il Diploma Switzerland, ma solo con la modalità FT8.

• Il diploma può essere richiesto da qualsiasi OM con licenza o SWL.

• È possibile ottenere il Diploma Helvetia FT8 certificando i contatti con tutti i 26 cantoni svizzeri.

• Il Diploma verrà assegnato solo nella modalità FT8.

• Sono validi i contatti effettuati dal 1 ° gennaio 2017 e in una qualsiasi delle bande autorizzate. Non sono validi QSO stabiliti tramite qualsiasi tipo di ripetitore.

• L'accreditamento di un cantone sarà effettuato indipendentemente dalla banda e dal modo in cui è stato lavorato e sarà sufficiente che il riferimento e / o il nome del cantone, o qualsiasi riferimento che identifichi geograficamente il cantone, sia chiaramente incluso nella QSL da cui è stato preso il contatto per la richiesta del diploma.

2.3.2 WASPC - Diploma dei Codici Postali Svizzeri

Il Diploma WASPC viene assegnato in base alle seguenti basi: il concetto geografico di codici postali.

• Il Diploma può essere richiesto da qualsiasi OM con licenza o SWL.

• È possibile ottenere il WASPC Award certificando i contatti con un minimo di 150 codici postali (che non sono "Comuni") di quelli indicati nell'elenco ufficiale della Posta Svizzera. L'elenco completo è disponibile sul sito Web USKA (http://www.uska.ch) nell'area download del file Award.

• Il diploma verrà concesso solo in modalità mista, che include le modalità Fonia, CW e digitale (qualsiasi modalità generata dalle macchine).

• I contatti stabiliti dal 1 ° gennaio 1980 e in una qualsiasi delle bande autorizzate saranno validi, non essendo contatti validi stabiliti attraverso qualsiasi tipo di ripetitore.

• Per ottenere il WASPC Award a banda singola, sarà necessario ottenere 150 codici postali su una singola banda (70 cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 e 160 m).

• Al fine di ottenere l’Honor Roll WASPC Award, sarà necessario ottenere referenze di 1000 codici postali in modo Fonia, CW o digitale.

• Una lista permanente sarà aggiornata ad ogni domanda e pubblicata sul sito web USKA.

• La richiesta del diploma deve essere inviata al USKA Traffic Manager, con un elenco GCR e una fotocopia di QSL.


2.3.3 WASD - Diploma dei Distretti Svizzeri

I cantoni svizzeri sono suddivisi in regioni amministrative più piccole chiamate distretti.

• Il diploma può essere richiesto da qualsiasi OM con licenza o SWL.

• È possibile ottenere il WASD Award certificando i contatti con un minimo di 50 distretti svizzeri di quelli indicati nella cartina ufficiale del distretto 2015. L'elenco completo è disponibile sul sito web USKA (http://www.uska.ch), nell'area di download del file Award.

• Il diploma verrà concesso solo in modalità mista, che include le modalità Fonia, CW e Digitale (qualsiasi modalità generata dalle macchine).

• I contatti stabiliti dal 1 ° gennaio 1980 e in una qualsiasi delle bande autorizzate saranno validi, non essendo contatti validi stabiliti attraverso qualsiasi tipo di ripetitore.

• L'accreditamento di un Distretto sarà effettuato indipendentemente dalla banda e dal modo in cui è stato lavorato, e sarà sufficiente che il sito di trasmissione referenziato sia chiaramente scritto indicando qualsiasi elemento geografico nella QSL da cui il contatto ha stato fatto per accettazione nel diploma.

• Per ottenere il WASDA Honor Roll, sarà necessario ottenere 130 referenze distrettuali per Fonia, in CW o in Digitale.

• Una lista permanente sarà aggiornata ad ogni applicazione e pubblicata sul sito web USKA.

• La richiesta del diploma deve essere inviata al USKA Traffic Manager, con un elenco GCR e una fotocopia di QSL.


3 Condizioni

• I diplomi sono rilasciati a tutti i radioamatori e SWL con licenza valida.

• Per l’ottenimento dei diplomi è necessario compilare un modulo di richiesta ufficiale (disponibile sulla pagina web www.uska.ch).

• Tutte le conferme sono valide dal 01.01.1980 . Conta solo 1 collegamento per stazione e per banda. Per i diplomi da 4B HELVETIA 26 VHF-AWARD in su, sono validi collegamenti con la stessa stazione in diversi cantoni. (Rover-Station)

• Tutti i collegamenti devono essere effettuati dallo stesso paese DXCC o dallo stesso Cantone.

• Allegare alla richiesta la seguente documentazione:

o Elenco di tutti i collegamenti controfirmata da un membro ufficiale di un Club o da 2 radioamatori che confermino che tutte le QSL sono disponibili, oppure

o eQSL’s - copia del proprio archivio vistato da un membro ufficiale di un Club o da 2 radioamatori, oppure

o Fotocopie delle QSL (verranno ritornate solo se espressamente richiesto).

• L’ USKA-AWARD Manager si riserva il diritto di effettuare dei controlli sporadici. Egli può richiedere in qualsiasi momento le QSL originali. La sua decisione è unica ed inappellabile.

• Su specifica richiesta del richiedente è possibile inserire una fotografia sul diploma.

• La numerazione dei diplomi e delle etichette è progressiva a partire dal numero 001 e saranno elaborati secondo la data d’entrata.

1 General

In order to promote more activity on the Amateur Radio bands, the USKA (Union of Swiss Short Wave Amateurs) announces the following awards. The goal, similar to the original HELVETIA 26 AWARD. is to work as many Swiss Cantons as possible on as many bands as possible.

The awards are published in 2 basic disciplines, one for the HF bands, and the other for the VHF (inclusive of UHF and SHF) bands.

2 Awards

2.1 HF Awards 1.8 - 30 MHz

2.1.1 HELVETIA 26 HF Award (bands given)

• The Helvetia 26 HF Award is the basic award and forms the basis for all further HF upgrades. The past Helvetia 26 Award can also be used as a basic award for the new HELVETIA 26 HF Award upgrades, up until the 31 December 2004 recognition date.

• For the HELVETIA 26 HF Award, one QSO with each of the 26 Swiss Cantons in any mode of operation on any of the HF bands must be verified. The 26 Swiss Cantons are:

• The HELVETIA 26 HF Award is issued as Mixed mode (without sticker), or for individual modes of operation (each with separate sticker), as follows:

o CW

o Phone (e.g. SSB, TO)

o Digital modes (e.g. RTTY, SSTV, PSK).

• In addition to the basic awards, the following additional award stickers are possible:

o single bands (2200 m included)

o 5B - HELVETIA 26 HF-Award if all 26 Cantons on each band 10, 15, 20, 40 and 80 m are confirmed.

o 6B - HELVETIA 26 HF-Award if all 26 Cantons on each band 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 and 160 m are confirmed.

o 9B - HELVETIA 26 HF-Award if all 26 Cantons on each band 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 and 160 m are confirmed.

o Beginning with the 5B Helvetia 26 HF Award, a coat of arms shield or a special sticker is issued on request.

2.1.2 SWITZERLAND 75 HF AWARD (bands freely selectable)

• The SWITZERLAND 75 is the basic award of this series, and forms the basis for the following possible upgrades. For the basic award, 75 Band-Cantons are to be worked and confirmed on any HF bands up to to 30 MHz.

• The SWITZERLAND 75 is issued as Mixed (without sticker), or for each individual mode of operation:

o CW

o Phone (e.g. SSB, TO)

o Digital modes (e.g. RTTY, SSTV, PSK)

• To the basic award the following upgrade stickers are possible:

o SWITZERLAND 100 - for 100 Band-Cantons on any HF bands confirmed.

o SWITZERLAND 110 - for 110 Band-Cantons on any HF bands confirmed.

and so on: a separate sticker for each 10 additional verified contacts up to

o SWITZERLAND 260 - for 260 Band-Cantons on all HF bands confirmed.


2.1.3 SWITZERLAND 75 HF HONOR ROLL

• Applicants who contact and confirm at least 45% of the possible 260 Band-Cantons (117 or more), qualify for the SWITZERLAND HF Honor Roll.

• The list of HF Honor Roll members will be published annually in the HB-Radio magazine, and also shown on the USKA homepage www.uska.ch.

2.2 VHF Awards above 30 MHz

2.2.1 HELVETIA 26 VHF AWARD (bands given)

• Similar to HF awards: per single band from 6 m and above; Past Helvetia 26 VHF award can be used as a basis for the new HELVETIA 26 VHF Award basic award until 31 December 2004.

• Modes of operation: The same as for the HF awards; plus the additional operating mode of SAT (satellite). The SAT mode of operation counts for the 2 m band in the basic version.

o single bands

o 2B HELVETIA 26 VHF Award (2 m + 70 cm and/or with SAT 2m + 1 higher band).

o 3B HELVETIA 26 VHF Award (2B H26 VHF + 1 higher band or 6 m).

o 4B HELVETIA 26 VHF Award (3B H26 VHF + 1 higher bands or 6 m).

o 5B HELVETIA 26 VHF Award (4B H26 VHF + 1 higher band or 6 m).

o Beginning with the 3B H26 VHF Award, a coat of arms shield or a special sticker is also issued if desired.

2.2.2 SWITZERLAND VHF AWARD (bands freely selectable)

• The SWITZERLAND 40 VHF is the basic award of this series and forms the basis for the following awards. For the basic award, 40 Band-Cantons are to be worked on any frequency bands above 30 MHz.

for 60 Band Cantons starting from 6 m, in increments of 10, and so on to

• SWITZERLAND XXX VHF-Award all 26 Cantons on xxx VHF bands


• Applicants with 80 confirmed Band-Cantons on VHF frequencies (6 m and above) qualify for the Switzerland VHF Honor Roll.

• The list of VHF Honor Roll members will be published annually in the HB-Radio Magazine, as well as on the USKA homepage www.uska.ch.

2.3 HF/VHF – Awards

2.3.1 HELVETIA FT8 AWARD

The Helvetia FT8 Award is granted according to the following bases: the geographic concept of cantons, as for the H26 and Switzerland Award but working station only by FT8 Mode.

• The award may be requested by any radio operator with license or listening.

You can obtain the Helvetia FT8 Award by certifying contacts with all 26 swiss cantons.

The award will be granted only in the FT8 mode.

The contacts made from January 1, 2017 and in any of the authorized bands will be valid, not being valid contacts made through any type of repeater.

The accreditation of a cantons will be done independently of the band and the way in which it has been worked, and it will be sufficient that the reference and / or name of the canton, or any reference that geographically identifies the canton, is clearly included in the QSL from which the contact has been made for acceptance in the award.

In order to obtain the single-band Helvetia FT8 award, it will be necessary to obtain the same number of cantons in the general category, all 26, but on the same band (70cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 160 m).

In order to obtain the Helvetia FT8 Award Honor Roll, it will be necessary to obtain all 26 cantons on at least 5 bands.

A Standing List will be updated at each application.

The request of the award has to be sent per to the USKA Traffic Manager, with a GCR List and photocopy of QSL.

2.3.2 WASPC - Worked All Swiss Postal Codes Award

The WASPC Award is granted according to the following bases: working as much as possible Postal Codes.

• The award may be requested by any OM with license or SWL.

• You can obtain the WASPC Award by certifying contacts with a minimum of 150 Postal Codes (who are not “Municipalities”) of those reflected in the official list of The Swiss Post. The complete list is available on the USKA website (http://www.uska.ch), in the file Award download area.

• The award will be granted only in the mixed mode, which includes the modes of phone, CW and digital (any modes generated by machines).

• The contacts made from January 1, 1980 and in any of the authorized bands will be valid, not being valid contacts made through any type of repeater.

• The accreditation of a Postal Code will be done independently of the band and the way in which it has been worked, and it will be sufficient that the reference Postal Code or any reference that geographically identifies the postal code, is clearly included in the QSL from which the contact has been made for acceptance in the award.

• There are a maximum of 4107 Postal Codes.

• In order to obtain the single-band WASPC Award, it will be necessary to obtain 150 Postal Codes on a single band (70cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 160 m).

• In order to obtain the WASPC Award Honor Roll, it will be necessary to obtain 1000 Postal Codes references in phone, CW or digital.

• A Standing List will be updated at each application and published on the USKA Website.

• The request of the award has to be sent per to the USKA Traffic Manager, with a GCR List and photocopy of QSL.


2.3.3 WASD - Worked All Swiss District Award

Swiss cantons are divided in small administrative areas called District.

• The award may be requested by any radio operator with license or listening.

• You can obtain the WASD Award by certifying contacts with a minimum of 50 Swiss District of those reflected as indicated on the official District map 2015. The complete list is available on the USKA website (http://www.uska.ch), in the file Award download area.

• The award will be granted only in the mixed mode, which includes the modes of phone, CW and digital (any modes generated by machines).

• The contacts made from January 1, 1980 and in any of the authorized bands will be valid, not being valid contacts made through any type of repeater.

• The accreditation of a District will be done independently of the band and the way in which it has been worked, and it will be sufficient that the referenced transmission site is clearly inwritten by indicating any geographical element in the QSL from which the contact has been made for acceptance in the award.

• There are a maximum of 143 District. (In 8 Cantons there are no District, the Canton itself count as District).

• In order to obtain the single-band WASD Award, it will be necessary to obtain the same number of District in the general category, 50, but all QSO on the same band (70cm, 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 160 m).

• In order to obtain the WASDA Honor Roll, it will be necessary to obtain 130 District references in phone, or in CW, or digital.

• A Standing List will be updated at each application and published on the USKA Website.

• The request of the award has to be sent per to the USKA Traffic Manager, with a GCR List and photocopy of QSL.


3 General Conditions

• The awards are available to all licensed Radio Amateurs and SWL's.

• The award application is to be submitted on the official "Request Form" (see USKA homepage www.uska.ch).

• All confirmations are valid beginning 01 January 1980. Only one (1) contact per station per band is allowed. At the 4B HELVETIA 26 VHF AWARD and higher can be worked the same station several times in different cantons (Rover Station).

• All contacts must have been made from the same DXCC country, or from the same Swiss Canton.

• The following proofs are to be attached to the application:

o Standard GCR list - attested to by one (1) club official, or two (2) licensed Radio Amateurs, that the applicant holds the required QSLs, or

o eQSLs - copies attested to by one (1) club official, or two (2) licensed Radio Amateurs, or

o Photocopies of the QSL cards (these are returned only on special demand).

• The USKA Award Manager reserves the right to check any QSL card at any time, for control purposes. The decision is final, and not subject to question or claim.

• On request of the applicant a photo can be added on the award.

• The complete fee is to be attached to the request in US$, € or CHF (paypal and cash).

• All awards and stickers are consecutively numbered starting with 001.

3.1 Fees
