PARKING INFORMATIONApron G limited to ACFT with MAX wingspan 72'/22m.Apron D limited to ACFT with MAX wingspan less than 131'/40m.Apron entrance is only allowed with Follow-me assistance.Marshaller assistance is compulsory for parking in entire apron area.Pilots are expected to follow marshaller signals without hesitations. START-UP, PUSH-BACK & TAXI PROCEDURESBefore start-up contact LAJES Clearance Delivery to obtain ATC clearance.Include call sign, requested level, requested speed (mach number/TAS), ATISacknowledge, ACFT type and position for departure (if none requested, ATC willassign according to RWY usage system).All ACFT shall request engine start on ground frequency, include parking positionand POB.On all aprons maximum allowed power limited to BREAKAWAY POWER if notforeseen in Flight Manual use minimum power necessary to manoeuvre. Standsand/or vehicles passing behind on apron service roads.Departing ACFT will obtain "Oceanic Clearance" after handover to "Santa MariaRadar".
