What would it LOOK like?
Suzanne’s home was in desperate need of a “Florida transition”
• Dining furniture (Philadelphia) was low scaled for new high ceilings (Florida)• Color needed a bold transition, from builder’s standard “ecru” - to personal casual North Florida Style• Draperie style was needed to enhance the window and compliment new plantation shutters• Overall accessories suggestion was called to improve “Welcome Home” foyer’s appeal
Three suggestions were explored to offer diverse possibilities
Family decided to go with option A

Rick’s California style house beams were decayed and exterior look was “tired” and “dated”
• Decision was wheter replacing the beams or removing them• If removed the characteristic dark-brown from California style would seem ominous and out od context• Overall front appearance of the house needed a facelift and revival
Three suggestions were explored to offer diverse possibilities
Family decided to go with option C
Look 1Remove beams only — leave house “as is”.
Look 2Remove beams. Add color scheme to lighten up front entrance.Improve landscape by adding color beds.Create a focal point by painting the front door and adding light fixtures.Upgrade front cement path with flagstone pavers.
Look 3All the previous except by replacing existing door with Mohogany new door.
