Project Quality Policy

Living Tree Inc. project team will deliver a new and comprehensive safety training program that will equip it’s staff with the tools needed to perform quality work safely

The project will adopt a quality safety need, which conforms to OSHA Regulation 1910.266 principles and requirements

Management Quality Policy

The Management Team: Shall promote a positive culture through leadership

and communication Use effective communication within the team as a

primary enabler of quality Set quality objectives which will be monitored and

reviewed for effectiveness and suitability Is committed to continual improvement of it’s

management arrangements throughout the project life cycle 

This policy shall be communicated to Living Tree project staff and clients

Revenue lost due to accidents imparted company’s growth
