• An advance is the sale of a receivable, not a loan. Therefore, your credit is not evaluated or affected.

• Obtain the managing broker’s signature.

How much does the broker get?How much does the broker get?

• We take a fee called a “discount”, starting as low as $150$150.

• The discount usually ranges between 5%‐12% of the commission depending on the time betweencommission depending on the time between advance and closing. A typical fee is 8% for 1 month.

• Commission Express offers a unique 30‐day graceCommission Express offers a unique 30 day grace period; there are no additional fees or costs applied during this time.

• No other advance company offers a true grace period.

• A different contract can also be substituted during the grace period.

• The broker can assign the proceeds of a different contract receivable to Commission Express.

• If the broker does not have additional transactions, Commission Express will work to develop a payment lplan.

• If the advance is not redeemed during the grace period then holdback is s rrenderedperiod then holdback is surrendered.
