Krispy Kreme Fundraising Campaign Important Information 1) All orders will be PRE-SALE orders; utilize the pre-order form provided 2) At end of campaign; each family to re-create/summarize all of their orders onto one (1) Master Order Form per family showing totals by product. Each family to keep original order forms for distribution purposes and Master Order Form goes to LCLS. 3) All monies to be collected at TIME OF PRE-ORDER SIGN UP. a. Cash or Check Only b. Checks made Payable to the individual/family making the sale c. At end of campaign; each family to add up total sales (checks and cash) and write one (1) Check per family to LEWIS CENTER LADY SHARKS for the total amount. 4) Campaign Timeline a. 11/7/16 - Begin taking Pre-Orders and collecting monies immediately b. 11/27/16 – completion of the campaign; begin turning in Master Order Forms and Checks to Shawn Richardson, Ryan Hatfield, or Mandy Oberyszyn c. 11/27/16 thru 11/28/16– all order forms and all monies are due. Monies MUST be turned into Shawn, Ryan or Mandy. Hard copy order forms can be turned in directly or can be scanned and emailed to Shawn, Ryan, or Mandy. All monies and all order forms MUST be turned in by NLT 9am 11/28/16. This is highly important for the success of the campaign. d. 11/29/16 - Final order for all goods will be placed with Krispy Kreme-Polaris e. 12/2/16 – all goods will be ready for pick up. Coaches will pick up all goods and take them to central pick up point at Worthington Christian School. f. 12/2/16 – players/families responsible for picking up their specific items from Worthington Christian between the hours of 5pm and 7:30pm. g. SPECIAL NOTE – if you would like to make special Pick Up arrangement other than above mentioned time; please contact Ryan or Shawn directly to schedule. h. 12/2/16 thru 12/4/16– players/families responsible for distributing all items. MAKE SURE to block this weekend off for deliveries because we are dealing with fresh donuts!! They need eaten!!
