Internet Explorer 11 and Employee Res Trouble Shooting If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and experiencing some issues accessing United applications eRES or My Info/All About Me, here are two browser configurations you can make which may address the issue you are having. There are two parts to the configuration changes below. Please make sure you do either or both depending on which feature in Flying Together you are accessing.
If after you make the changes, you still experience issues please contact the United Helpdesk at 800-‐ 255-‐5801. Please be prepared to present detailed information on screen and display messages.
Setting Compatibility Mode for eRES Access Step 1: Go to your Windows desktop display, Open Internet Explorer and Click the Tools Icon Step 2: Click on Compatibility View Settings; the Compatibility View Settings box should appear

Step 3: Enter ual.com and coair.com into the Add the Website entry box and click on Add button. Also click on both the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and Use Microsoft compatibility lists at bottom on screen (make sure both have a check in the box)
