Should the Inline solution not be applicable, the OffLine solutions are available. All solutions are tailored to specific client’s needs.

INNOVATIVE SPRAY PATTERN ANALYSIS.TECHNOLOGY:The technology consists of applying scanning technology for efficient spray pattern analysis. Clients are able to obtain an immediate spray pattern analysis including shape analysis and paint thickness applied. The technology is patented and applicable to liquid paint applications only.

P&L IMPACT: Reduction in rejects, optimization of production cycles.  Together with the Nitrogen-enriched air-technology allows to obtain more efficient paint applications.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: A considerable reduction in VOC emissions for liquid paint.

INDUSTRIAL METAL PARTS WASHINGTECHNOLOGY:Efficient parts cleaning solutions with specific processes and machines tailored for the cleaning/degreasing of metal parts, by removing any kind of contaminants (organic and/or inorganic) from the surface of mechanical machined parts (as preparation phase toward further specific treatments or as the last finishing step before packing and sale). The technology/process depends on the type of cleaning agents that are used during metals surface treatment. Immersion with use of ultrasonic technology, spray, or high-pressure cleaning.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: A considerable reduction in the amount of CO2 emissions associated with the paint-stripping solutions.

NITROGEN ENRICHED AIR AS THE CARRIERTECHNOLOGY:The technology is based on applying Treated Nitrogen Enriched Air instead of Compressed Air as the “carrier”  for powder and liquid coating operations. By applying a temperature and ionization treated Nitrogen-enriched air carrier, clients can benefit from increased transfer efficiency, lower VOC emissions and possibly higher productivity.

P&L IMPACT: Reduction of overspray could generate up to a maximum savings in paint costs of: up to 20% for powder paint; up to 30% for liquid paint.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: A considerable reduction in VOC emissions and, less paint sludge.
