    Raising the BarIndustrial Services was initially asked to asses the existing training plan for the BP Whiting Refinery Modernization Project (WRMP) to make sure all OSHA training requirements were addressed prior to start-up and commissioning. In the report that followed, gaps were identified, and we were contracted to help develop training material for the 1,200 pieces of equipment identified as new, unique, or different to address those gaps. The project came in ahead of schedule and under budget. In the words of a senior BP manager, it generated a set of training deliverables that raised the bar for future training initiatives at BP Whiting.
