INTRODUCTION  i4 consultancy services were established to provide Food & Beverage, Laundry and waste management design consultancy services to the Gulf Region.  We have provided these specialist design consultancy services to a multitude of cross sector clients.

OUR PHILOSIPHY i4 has a number of meanings. primarily The name comes from the four ‘Is’ that are our key values.   Innovation. LOCAL EXPERIENCE, AND ITS ADDED VALUE     i4 consultants have gained extensive experience within the Gulf Region .   This local experience is invaluable in the design of facilities within the region.   Our consultants have delivered designs that are HACCP driven, compliant with the food safety regulations within Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, Dubai Municipality, and the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority & EHS.   We recognize the importance of innovative design that complies with LEED, ESTEDAMA and international ‘Green’ Policies. We can provide waste management and recycling strategies that meet the requirements of local initiatives such as Target 555 as well as innovative solutions that reduce waste, increase recycling and have a positive impact on the reduction of landfill waste.   i4 have extensive experience of the local suppliers and available manufacturers & brands that are supported in the region.   Our offices are based in Dubai. We are a local consultancy serving the region from within the region.

We acknowledge our responsibility as the food and beverage, laundry or waste management specialist in driving forward the development of the solutions for the client and operators. CASE STUDIES – SOFITEL PALM JUMEIRAH   Our Consultants headed up the design for this prestigious project which consisted of A 380 key hotel and 180 key serviced apartments. The 5 star resort hotel, which is Sofitel’s flagship property in the Gulf Region, was opened in July 2013.   The Resort has a multitude of F & B concepts which include the All Day Dining, Steakhouse Restaurant, Seafood Restaurant, French Bistro, Chinese Restaurant, Tea Restaurant, Beach Restaurant, Italian Pizza Restaurant / Deli, Kids Restarant, Nightclub, Executive lounge and Banquet Catering.

CASE STUDIES – INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL AMMAN   I4 Consultancy were appointed in 2012 to design the total kitchen refurbishment of the hotels central kitchen, banquet support, room service, bakery and support stores.   The design and installation of the kitchen has been split into 4 phases to allow continued operation of the kitchens without major compromise to the running of the F & B within the hotel. The works are nearing completion with 3 out of the 4 phases completed.

CASE STUDIES – JEBEL ALI PALM TREE COURT   I4 Consultancy were appointed in late 2011 to undertake the expanded White Orchid restaurant and beach bars at the resort .   The White Orchid speciality restaurant was expanded with a completely redesigned kitchen to continue offering the speciality restaurant concept in the evenings whilst providing an ‘All Day Dining’ style of concept for breakfast and lunch. The Refurbishment was completed in October 2012.
