May Chong comes with 20 years of working experience in different

industries including Hospitality, Oil & Gas and her recent 13 years in

executive search with global search firms, Kelly Services and BTI, May

Chong is a seasoned and experienced search practitioner.

Her search expertise over the years include mid to senior level

placements in industries such as Property & Construction, Banking &

Financial, Technology, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering,

etc.

Besides search, she also has strong experience in HR consultancy,

Jason WongConsulting Director

Jason Wong graduated with B.Eng (Hons) Electronic majoring in

Telecommunications from Multimedia University. He is an

engineer by training with over 10 years experience working in

Manufacturing environment (Western Digital, Panasonic)

After leaving Engineering industry, he became an entrepreneur

before joining Kelly Engineering Resources handling positions for

Property & Construction, Manufacturing, Heavy Industry,

Plantation, Supply Chain and others.

Known for his Executive Search skills and competencies, he is

strong in terms of delivery of quality candidates and

stakeholder management with clients.

Within a short period of 2 years in Kelly, he obtained numerous

awards including 2013 Top Consultant, Quarterly Star Award (3

consecutive quarters), TOPS Award, Rookie Award, etc

1. Client Consultation: Schedule a face to face appointment with client to

understand the job requirements.

2. Develop Recruitment Strategy: Determining and finalizing the

recruitment strategy after data collection and research on the roles given

3. Candidate Sourcing: Talent mapping, Headhunting, Referrals and

networking, existing database, social media and job portals, etc

4. Candidate Development: Making sure the candidates are qualified

based on the JD and expectations of the clients, committed and

interested in the opportunity before presenting to the client.

5. Interviews and Assessment: Depending on the need and the position

concerned, screen candidates over the phone, via face-to-face

interview and in other circumstances using specific assessment tools.

6. Client Interview and Assessment: Present our selection of candidates

for the client’s review, followed by making the necessary interview

arrangements

7. Offer Negotiation: Managing the communication of offers, salary

negotiations, reference checks on the client’s request.

8. Follow Up: Maintain communication with the successful candidate and

the client to ensure things are working out well.
