Dear High School Parent s,

I am writing this final Friday Bulletin for this school year in quite a state of shock! Where did this yeadisappear t o? In fact where did the last four years go for t his class? Wasn t it j ust yesterday that we usherein this Class of 2012 as a young, eager and fresh grade 9 batch? Instead, today as seniors, t he class of 201were extremely busy preparing for their graduat ion ceremony and att ending a wonderful Senior Celebrat ioevent. A huge thank you to the graduation committee and those who worked on providing the best ever senioceleb lunch! I couldn t help but f eel so proud to be a part of t he plans for this part icular class s graduationThey are an extraordinary batch. It is going to be a fabulous graduation ceremony, to be held next Tuesday i

As is usual at this time of the year, ISM is an except ionally busy place. Last Friday we had a wonderf ucelebration in the little theater as we inducted the new members of the various honor societies that we offehere at ISM. The IB exams were completed last Tuesday and the internal grade 9-11 exams finished lasFriday. Also last Tuesday we hosted the annual Academic and Service Awards. Well over 100 students werrecognized for excellence across academics, leadership, and service.

We wil l be actively engaged in classes right t hrough unt il t he last day of school, next Thursday May 31st . Thi

will be a half day, with early release at 12:00 noon. Report cards will be available to pick up from the HSOffice in the week beginning June 4th and they wil l also be available online through your Power School log ion June 1st. Unofficial transcripts will also be available for pick up in the week of June 4th however pleasebe reminded of our school policy that we no longer distribute official transcripts to students or parents. Thesare sent di rectl y to the inst it utions of your choice.

Next Tuesday we will be graduating 188 students, our largest batch at this campus. I wish to congratulate aseniors and their families on an excellent year. I know they have been well prepared and clutching their ISMDiplomas they wil l be ready for l if t -off (the theme of this year s Kawayan Yearbook). They will all be ready ttackle the next import ant stage in t heir l ives.

Please be reminded t hat the new school year for 2012-2013 wil l commence on Monday August 6, 2012.

A MESSAGE FROMTHE OPERATIONS AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT

I. IDs for the New School Year

Parent IDs

Current parent IDs will continue to be valid for the new school year 2012-2013.

Parents who require replacement school IDs due to loss or damage can acquire these from the Security Officupon payment of Php100.00 to the Cashier.

Student IDs

All students will be issued with new ID cards at the beginning of the new school year. This year there will be noneed for returning students to visit the Security Office as we will be utilizing the photographs taken for th

yearbooks.

School Passes

School passes issued to parents employees and representatives need to be replaced for next school year. Aof August 31, 2012 the blue bordered passes will be invalid.

The security office is now accepting applications for new school passes, however the cards will not be availablefor collection before July 1, 2012.

Each family will be given two free school passes. Additional school passes may be obtained after paying processing fee of Php100.00 each to the Cashiers Office.

2, Car Stickers for the New School Year

The car stickers for school year 2012/2013 will be available from the security office beginning July 1, 2012.

For vehicles already displaying an existing sticker, parents should submit a completed renewal form with a copof a current LTO official receipt. For new vehicles, parents are reminded that a copy of the vehicles certificatof registration and a current official receipt need to be submitted with the application. Applications for vehicleregistered with companies or other institutions should be supported by a letter of assignment.

Each ISM family will be issued one vehicle sticker free of charge. Any additional stickers will be issued followinpayment of P100 to the cashiers office.
