In my opinion I believe that horror is one of the genres when you can not tell who likes it and who doesn’t from their appearance. Everyone has different preferences and a lot of people that look like they would hate horror actually love it. To the left is just an ordinary man that seems to like horror. You may not be able to tell that he does but as I said before I don’t think it matters about the appearance. I think that the target audience for horror movies is not set by the looks of people but how they react and if they enjoy it. Even though I have said this I believe that there are stereotypical characteristics of horror lovers. I believe that they are mainly males and the age range is mainly between 15-45. I think that a horror lover goes to see horrors because they get a thrill out of being scared. This is a very important aspect of horror. The main objective of the film is to scare the audience. Overall I think that the target audience are people who like to be scared and have fun being scared. This shows that they possibly do not get scared very often and go to horror movies to have a thrill.
