The powerful DEUTZ Common Rail (DCR ® ) injection system and efficient combustion management with cooled external exhaust gas recirculation en- sure optimum engine performance at low fuel consumption. Best cold starting properties even under extreme conditions. Thanks to SCR technology, the cooler sizes do not need to be enlarged in comparison with Tier 3 engines. Fuel consumption is reduced. The extremely compact engine design with structural oil pan and a customer- oriented, modular system of optional add-on parts reduce the installation costs and increase the number of appli- cations. Long oil change intervals and easy changing of the engine fluids reduce the running costs and increase the availa- bility of the machinery.
