Dehradun: The state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Dehradun

was commissioned to meet the increasing market and customer

demands for our products in domestic market. The plant is

equipped with the latest Automatic Test Assembly, Certified Test

Centres and is backed by a strong production and logistics team to

marketing of actuators and valves for precise control of air, water

flow in a centralized HVAC system. The damper actuators control

air flow, while the manual and motorized valves control the flow of

Honeywell ECC’s Building Control Solutions (BCS) portfolio consists

of industry reputed brands TREND, Phoenix Controls, WEBs-AX™

and ALERTON, that offer multiple solutions to cater to a wider

market and customer segment.

The Building Management System (BMS) is a microprocessor

based Direct Digital Control (DDC) System for remote monitoring

and control of most of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) utilities

in a centrally air-conditioned building. BMS consists of DDC

controllers, Field Devices, Integrators for communicating with

third party equipment like Chillers, Air Handlers, Fan Coils, Boilers,

DG sets, Energy Meters, VFDs and VAVs.

In a centrally air-conditioned building, the capacities of the HVAC

Systems are rated for peak conditions. However, they work at part

loads for almost 98% of their working lifespan. The solutions offered

by ECC helps to save energy, during off peaks, part loads and

provides a portal to gather information with respect to the

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) utilities.
