We are confident that you will find our fee commitment to the Company to be a fair demonstration of our sincere desire to serve you. Our fee is charged on the basis of time spent, expenses incurred, and value delivered, taking into account the degree of responsibility and skill involved.

Our out of pocket expenses, incurred in connection with the assignment such as traveling, boarding, lodging, conveyance, telephone etc. will be charged at actual. Government taxes and levies, if any, shall also be charged at actual.
