We are seeking a candidate to support our US sales and finance teams based in our Exton, PA office. SALES & FINANCE SUPPORT ADMIN Responsibilities: Work with the sales & finance teams to ensure orders entered properly into systems (NetSuite & License Server) Responsible for the data entry for fulfillment of all sales orders Ship product to customers (when required) Manage inventory and perform physical inventories Followup with customers to manage collections and receivables Work closely with the sales & finance teams to ensure documentation on all orders is completed in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Associates Degree 2 – 3 years of sales support, administration and/or related experience Team Player who can work well across the organization Strong attention to detail Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong PC skills including use of Microsoft Excel and NetSuite (desired)
