We are seeking a candidate to support our US sales and finance teams based in our Exton, PA office.

SALES & FINANCE SUPPORT ADMIN  

 

Responsibilities:  

• Work  with  the  sales  &  finance  teams  to  ensure  orders  entered  properly  into  systems  (NetSuite  &  License  Server)  

• Responsible  for  the  data  entry  for  fulfillment  of  all  sales  orders  • Ship  product  to  customers  (when  required)  • Manage  inventory  and  perform  physical  inventories  

• Follow-­‐up  with  customers  to  manage  collections  and  receivables  • Work  closely  with  the  sales  &  finance  teams  to  ensure  documentation  on  all  orders  is  completed  

in  a  timely  and  accurate  manner  

 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s  Degree  (preferred)  or  Associates  Degree  • 2  –  3  years  of  sales  support,  administration  and/or  related  experience  • Team  Player  who  can  work  well  across  the  organization  • Strong  attention  to  detail  • Strong  analytical  ability  and  mathematical  skills  preferred  • Excellent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  • Ability  to  multi-­‐task,  prioritize,  work  under  pressure  and  meet  deadlines  • Strong  PC  skills  including  use  of  Microsoft  Excel  and  NetSuite  (desired)
