Intermediate Support Goals assist in attaining the Long Term Career Goal

Include: Placement Transportation Housing Other

Example: Long Term Goal: I want to be a welder. Intermediate Support Goal: Enroll in a Vocational Welding Program by

graduation.

Transitional Goal

Situational Unique

A Goal that is needed because if for some reason the Intermediate Goal or Long Term Goal is not attainable for timing or other reasons.

Example:

Long Term Career Goal: I want to be a welder.

Intermediate Support Goal: Enroll in a Vocational Welding Program by graduation.

Situation: The Vocational Program does not start for two month after graduation.

Transitional Goal: Work at McDonald’s until school starts.

A blank P-RAP workbook in MS Word format is also available here for programs that use the P-RAP in hard copy on because the Cadets don’t have Internet access.
