Marco’s Franchising, LLC (419-885-7000) plans to open 42 Marco’s Pizza locations throughout eastern and southern GA, as well as the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area, during the next several years. The company recently opened pizzerias in Dunwoody, McDonough and Suwanee, GA. The company currently operates 200 restaurants throughout 17 states nationwide as well as the Bahamas.

Kohl’s Corp. (262-703-7000) is planning to open a 118,272 sq.ft. Kohl’s department store in a former Mervyn’s location at Coronado Center, an enclosed mall located on Holly Avenue Northeast in Albuquerque, NM. The store will be the company’s third in Albuquerque and joins Macy’s, Sears and JCPenney at the center. The company currently operates 1,059 stores throughout 49 states nationwide.

Agile Pursuits Franchising, Inc. (866-306-7502), through franchisees, plans to open between 10 and 12 Mr. Clean Car Wash locations throughout Chicago, IL during the next several years. The company currently operates 15 car washes, some offering oil change and vehicle maintenance services, throughout GA and OH.

Cato Corp. (704-554-8510) plans to open a 20,000 sq.ft. It’s Fashion Metro store in a former Goody’s site at Bainbridge Mall, located on Shotwell Street in Bainbridge, GA, during the summer.
