ARGENTUS WEST AFRICA LTD employs the use of an Enterprise Project Management System
(EPMS) tool that breaks down the different stages of every project so that roles and responsibilities
are clearly defined and allocated. The Enterprise Project Management System allows all project
team members to collate and assemble all documentation that is involved with that project. It
allows seamless communication between project engineers, managers and other support
members. It also allows project members to collaborate and offer solutions and experiences gained
from other projects that are still on-going so that efforts are consolidated and strengthened as a
result of this information sharing. The EPMS also logs project requests made for any project,
approvals made by authorized personnel, timesheets, risk reports, discussions, news and
notifications.
All stakeholders can access the EPMS from any location worldwide because it a web based
application thus making it very flexible and easily accessible irrespective of location. In a situation
where project engineers, mangers or technicians are called away from a project for any reason,
they can still make the necessary contributions to make sure that their absence does not affect the

Frank C. Obidegwu
Frank Chiedu Obidegwu is a Lawyer with over twenty-two years cognate experience in corporate and commercial law
practice. He attended the Imo State University in Nigeria (now renamed Abia State University) between 1985 to 1990 where
he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Law. He subsequently attended the Prestigious Nigeria Law School in Lagos and was
called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 1990.
He has held key positions in public and private sectors of the economy such as Federal Road Safety Commission,Port-Harcourt
Sector Command where he served as Head of Legal Unit in 1991. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Alasone
Nigeria Limited from 1991 to 1994. He then proceeded to work with one of Nigeria's prime banks,the United Bank For Africa
Plc from 1994 to 1998.
He held various managerial positions in the bank's Administrative and Banking Operations departments. He has attended
various senior management courses both home and abroad. He holds a certificate in Banking Operations from the esteemed
Management Training Consultancy, H.Pierson Associates Limited (Management Consultants).
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
He is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
After his short but eventful career in the banking industry, he proceeded to his professional terrain as a Barrister and Solicitor
of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and was recalled to serve on the Board of Alasone Nigeria Limited as Company Secretary.
In 2006,he was appointed by the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a Deputy Director and also Special
Assistant to one time former Minister of Defense, Ambassador Thomas Aguiyi-Ironsi.
After his tenure of office as Special Assistant, he had a brief Stint as a Management Executive with Cash Dynamics
Limited,Abuja. In 2008,he joined Ask Nigeria Survey Group, a Management Consultancy firm based in Abuja, Nigeria as a
Senior Consultant. He has been working in that capacity until his appointment as Managing Director of Argentus West Africa
Limited.
