• Craig International has worked closely with Shell since 2005, to streamline its procurement process and currently hold a Global Frame Agreement, assisting Shell with its procurement in the UK, US, Canada and Middle East.

Cost and Time Saving Efficiency

• Craig International have a developed a fully integrated procurement system with Shell’s SAP system from RFQ to Invoice stage.

• Craig International has helped cleanse and update Material Master Data to enable smooth transaction of purchase with accurate data. Utilising Gainshare and Baseline model savings of around 12% have been made to achieved.

SHELL (2005–2018)

• Craig International was awarded a contract in 1998 for UK upstream to supply tools and consumables and is now a trusted global procurement partner, supplying UK downstream, MCBU, Gulf of Mexico and Angola

• Scope of supply covers products from low value, high usage consumables to the procurement of CAPEX, Projects and Equipment.

Process Efficiency

• Craig International act as a Surrogate Buyer for Chevron with direct access to Chevron’s procurement system Ariba. Craig International process RFQ’s to purchase orders for approved commodities saving resource time.
