• Voice Mail Authorization enables residents and organizations to leave voice mails about upcoming visitor activity

– Reduces problem of busy phones and minimizes officer disruptions

• Overflow for calls during busy periods or

• All visitor authorizations go directly to voice mail

• Users calling from a number identified in the system database only need to enter a PIN. Otherwise they enter their primary # and PIN

• Voice mails messages are stored as digital files and linked to users profile

• Officers can listen to the specific message as the visitor arrives to see a resident or organization, or they can clear the messages in advance if time permits

Adding value with voice mail integration: - This feature enables residents to leave messages for security personnel about upcoming visitor activity, reducing the problem of busy phone lines and minimizing disruptions for officers who are processing visitors. Typical functions include Caller ID (which eliminates the need for password authorization) and the storage of voice mails as digital files that link to the resident’s profile.

Visitor Bar Code/PIN Generation:Re-entry & Egress Tracking (optional)

• Track egress of Visitors and Contractors– Ensure that Contractors have left the premise on schedule

• Generate a PIN # or Bar Code on the pass to facilitate entry and egress

- Unmanned Entries: Input of PIN or a scan or bar code is required to open gate.

- NO additional work for security to admit visitor & contractors- Generates a real-time report of who entered/exited and at

what gate. - Manned Entries: officer can manually scan the barcode to open the
