Thediscoursesofarhasbeenmostlyabouthowdifficultitistoimplementanythingandhowalotoftimeisneededtoworkoutanactionplan.TheDelhigovernment,whichshouldbedealingwiththesituationproactively,haspassedthebucktootherstatesandCentralagenciesliketheNHAI.
TheNGT,thoughrestrainedinexpressingitsanger,wasstern."Inthelightofnonsubmissionofsuggestionsbyallthesedepartments,wearenotinapositiontoproceedwiththematter.Iftheministriesandstategovernmentsdonotcomplywithourorders,wewillforfeittheirrightofgivingsuggestionsinthematter,"thebenchsaid."It'sverysad.Allofyouknowhowtomakeahueandcrybutcan'tcomplywithorders."
