Bellingers Electrical is a complete solution for any customers needs when it comes to electrical domestic installations. From the initial stages of planning a new build and renovations to repairs and servicing. We have extensive experience in switchboard installs and upgrades, tariff changeovers, TV/Data comms installations, air conditioner installations and marine installations and maintenance.

Our electricians are HV switching certified as well as Hazardous Area certified for those specialised industrial and commercial jobs.

Training and Skills

As Bellingers Electrical grows we will take on school based apprentices from programs within the Townsville region.

We are committed to keeping our staff happy and successful whether they stay within the business or move to other work opportunities. We require our electricians to be highly experienced and knowledgable. To ensure this we provide our electricians with on the job experience as well as ensuring they are adequately ticketed and certified to perform specialised jobs.

Customer Service and Market Response Communication and Responsiveness

As a small business we are able to provide a fast turn around service for our customers. From the initial quoting stage through to job completion and invoicing. We believe a fast turn around is essential for customer satisfaction especially on repair and service work. We offer to keep a small portion of our time each week dedicated to such jobs. We have after hours service and can arrange emergency repairs with our electrical contracting partners by way of guaranteeing repairs. When dealing with customers in the Realty industry we provide before and after photos of the work 1. For the Clients records 2. For our own business records. We experience many landlords not living near their properties and so providing them with proof that the jobs are completed and to a high standard is critical. We give time estimates particularly for Realty customers on when we will be picking up keys and completion of jobs as well as if jobs cross to the next day or week we can keep our customers updated as to our progress and possible completion times. Networks

We currently have various agreements with several Electrical Contractors within the Townsville area. These Electrical Contractors are like ourselves within the business Networks in Townsville.

The following Electrical Contractors are preferred by us;

Bzzzt Electrical when we are unavailable for any amount of time over a week can be contactable to ensure continuity of work is maintained for our services as well as our contracts.

We provide Rolly’s Electrical with referrals for all our Solar queries that we receive.

Green’s Electrical currently have a franchise for installation and repairs of electric gates so we refer all electric gates installation and repairs to them.

We are currently business partners with a newly formed Electrical Contractor called CJP who we work closely with to quote and complete larger jobs such as renovations and new house builds.
