Whether you want a one time event, a weekly task, a bi-monthly schedule, or are open to helping on an regular basis, come check out the opportunities. Come see if there is a spot where your helping hands can make a difference! Caring Hearts - Lending Hands - Making a Difference All JLGC Facilities will close at 4:00pm on Friday, December 24 th and remain closed through Christmas Day (December 25 th ). Hand Made PastaExplore the art of making fresh pasta with Chef Joseph. Learn how to make the dough by hand and shape it into various forms. We will explore the use of a pasta machine for spaghetti and fettuccine type pasta as well as had shaping forms such as Tortellini, Ravioli and Agnolotti.
