Established in 1977, GBA Products Limited is based out of the United Arab Emirates and registersin the Isle of Man, U.K. The Company was founded and is headed by its Managing Director Mr. RamKini.

Operations initially consisted of providing a reliable supply chain of construction materials in theU.A.E. and its neighbouring states. GBA (Gulf Bitumen & Asphalt) found early success withsupplying bitumen and cement to major civil infrastructure projects, and started marketingbitumen from major refineries into Gulf & African countries.

GBA Products is an accepted vendor by the United Nations Organizations and African DevelopmentBank. The company has now been providing supplies of cement and bitumen to UN fundedprojects in Africa for decadesprojects in Africa for decades.

Seeking to grow the business organically GBA starting trading in commodities and providingtechnical equipment to related industries, such as Oil & Gas, Pipe coating, Marine, Chemicals etc.As a result operations have rapidly diversified to a wide range of industries. This has lead toassociation and support from over 50 internationally reputed manufacturers and industrial housesthat GBA works both in the Gulf and around the world.

Today the company’s turnover is close to $60 million (US Dollars) annually with an average growthrate of 10% year on year. This success has been due to a growing base of satisfied customers, andGBA has always maintained that its relationships with its customers and the good will built throughsupport provided is the best possible competitive advantage.



Headquarters

The main office is located inside the Jebel Ali Port & Free Zone(near berths 34‐44). In addition to the offices there is 1,200 square meters of shop floor and 3,800square meters ofopen paved storage area. The premises holds both a trading and manufacturing licenses. The yardis serviced with forklifts with trained operators.

Representatives for the company are also based out of Shanghai, China and Bangalore, India wherethe company plans to open a liaison office.

AviationGBA has had a long standing association with FaudiAviation carried over from previous activity in SaudiArabia, and was made responsible for marketing for theUAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia in 1999. Havingachieved success and recognising the potential forgrowth in the aviation industry in the Gulf the companydecided to diversify further in field of servicing inter‐y gplane refuellers .

Ajac Fuelling Components entrusted GBA for their salesand marketing operations in the Gulf, and based onachievements in gaining market share GBA has beenmade the distributor for Aljac in the Gulf, which includesin its portfolio, Avery‐Hardoll (Meggitt Fuelling Products)and Hammonds Additive Systems.

GBA Has recently started working with Alfons‐ Haar, acompany with a long history in the industry andspecialists in non standard engineered solutions.
