● Are you learning something new?● Would you like a private teacher?

Then join augeBIT. We are better than a private teacher, we are like a huge giant private teacher made up of community pieces, glued together by bits.

Feedback received

Most of the feedback received was:"I understand this is some sort of learning community"

Warning! That tells me the unique value propositionis not well explained in the lo fi prototype

Explaining the UVP to customers

After hearing what they thought about the site, I explained that the idea started when I got tired of the traditional learning system, where a teacher gives a master class to a few students.

Almost everything I learned, I did outside of school, following my curiosity and interests.

augeBIT

I lost so much time sifting through the internet to filter great learning materials from sucky materials. So I decided to make a community of learners.

Explaining the UVP to customers

Finally I explained that I dream of a place where you can put day to day what you read and what you make while you are learning a specific topic.

Over time you can see in your timeline how much you have progressed since week zero. Also, you can see the timelines of other people as a guideline to plan your learning.

Awesome things you make in the last weeks!

Explaining the UVP to customers

After explaining the UVP better

The customers started to feel that they had the same problem!

Learning! That tells me I should modify the

prototype in order to better explain the UVP

New feedback received

JulietaEnglish teacher23 years old● "I would use augeBIT, but only to benefit

from what others have learned. But I like the service, it is like Wikipedia 2.0"

augeBIT

New feedback received

Emiliano28 years oldComputer science student● "augeBIT solves a problem of our education

system. I would use the service, only to see if the proposed solution works."

augeBIT

New feedback received

Juan Pedro23 years oldComputer science student● "augeBIT solves an obvious problem,

especially in computer science. I don't like to take courses because I feel I can google everything I get taught. Also because the courses only give you the basic stuff."

Conclusion and next steps

I will iterate on the low fidelity prototype and restate the UVP

○ Maybe add a video or a set of slides to explain it better.

○ After that, make a new set of interviews.

augeBIT

Aditional note:Face to face interviews

vsRaw statistics

The launchrock site gave me some stats about augeBIT's landing page (from November 6th to November 7th)● Page views: 35● Site signups: 6● Shares: 90

augeBIT

Aditional note:Face to face interviews

vsRaw statistics

Those numbers really didn't tell me as much as interviewing customers face to face, I really can't think of significant learnings from these analytics other than, after a day, we have a conversion rate of 17.14%.
