Property is sold “as is” and the SEF Auction warrants nor represents and in no way shall be responsible for, the correctness of description, authenticity, genuine authorship, provenance or condition of the property. No statement contained in this catalog or made orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. Reservations: All trips, services, dinners, etc… must be mutually arranged with the donor(s) unless otherwise specified. They must be used within one year of the auction, unless otherwise specified. Kick start the holiday season with this gala event planned for 10am to 1pm on Saturday, December 7th. Have you ever wondered how wine is made? Make your own barrel of wine with the help of Icon Cellars. Start by making your varietal selection by March of 2014 then enjoy periodic trips to the vineyard during summer and fall. From mid October through November enjoy the fall harvest and crush. You may choose to participate at any level you are comfortable with and how ever much participation you wish in creating your “world class wine.” Then you will learn about the fermentation process and all the tasks leading to the barreling your wine for it’s 16-18 month aging process. One barrel of wine makes 22-24 cases of wine which is approximately 288 bottles. A bottle of Icon wine retails at $26 to $30 a bottle. This is over $7,000 worth of fine wine for you to stock your wine cellar with or share with friends and family.

20 ‘Take the First Dip’ Pool Party

Make history with your next birthday by hosting the first pool party at Snohomish’s new pool facility. The pool will open just for you on a mutually agreed upon date between December 18, 2013 and January 3, 2014. Invite up to 75 of your closest friends and family for this fun filled event. Full use of the party room, locker rooms and the facility’s three pools: flow rider, recreational pool and the slide are included as well as six lifeguards.

The final date may vary pending completion and opening of the facility. There will be District usage for such purposes as ribbon cutting, swim practice and testing of pool operations.
