Assure Recruitment was formed in 2005 as a boutique specialist, Executive Search and Recruitment firm. It has an unrivalled and highly experienced management and partnership team and has access to some of the best talent in the Financial & Professional Services sectors throughout Ireland and in the UK. Our Senior Management Team

Ken O’Gorman is the founder and Managing Director of Assure. He is passionate about helping organisations identify, locate and attract key talent within the Banking, Insurance and Investment markets. Ken has over 15 years’ experience as a Specialist Recruiter, Broker Consultant and Financial Consultant. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds the QFA designation as well as a diploma in Front Line Management from UCD. His in-depth understanding of the Banking, Insurance and Investment sectors has resulted in his consistent hirer on both a contingent and executive search basis, by a large number of leading financial services organisations. David Fitzgerald is a non-executive director of Assure. He holds a degree in Business Studies form DCU and worked for over 12 years in banking and fund services, in both Dublin and London, before moving into recruitment. He joined Assure in 2008 to focus on the recruitment of mid-senior level professionals for our Banking and Investment Divisions. His in-depth understanding of the Banking & Finance Markets, together with his consistent networking practice, allow him to provide unusually high levels of service with exceptional focused, dynamic and professional delivery. Gavin Roberts is the Research and Resourcing Manager at Assure. He is an expert in social media and technology and assists Assure with building talent communities and social networks as well as developing talent acquisition strategies that utilise leading edge technology. Specialising in social recruiting, boolean search, Facebook marketing, social media marketing, talent acquisition, talent community management, and internet sourcing.

Contingent Recruitment: A process often undertaken at the beginning of most recruitment mandates, it can quickly lead to successfully identifying and delivering pre-qualified candidates. We maintain a comprehensive database, which is continually being enhanced by registering high-quality professionals. Media Advertised Selection: The advertised selection approach is used where the client wishes to attract as wide an audience as possible, by the careful placement of bespoke advertisements in selected national print media, with the whole process managed by Assure. We work closely with our creative agency to create cost-effective media solutions for maximum candidate response. Assure provides full campaign support; including responding to all applicants screening, selecting suitable candidates and carrying out comprehensive interviews with all suitable applicants. We then provide comprehensive feedback to both candidates and clients and conclude the process with offer management. Retained Executive Search: Assure provides a disciplined and multifaceted executive search process.
