Our factory is located in Zhenjiang city, Jiangsu province. We have 34,000 square meters of

production facility with a full range of modern equipment and production lines to handle the needs of

high-precision manufacturing. Now our production capacity is reach 36000pcs per month. We are a

company of highly trained engineers,skillful technicians and experienced managers.Our products and

Production Process

Tube machining

We have Shear Cannulation Machine,Automatism CNC tube bending machine,pressing machine,Pouching

machine,Drill machine. There are 20 labours in this area.

Welding

Our robot welding machine save many labour cost and increase the production capacity. We also have 25

welding workers for parts welding. Now we have 25 Robot welding machines all day worked.

Surface Treatment

We have painting line outside the factory about 300 meters. We can control the quality and quantity easily.

Injection Moulding

We have 18 injection moulding machines. We make plastic parts includes footplate,castor and etc.

Assembly

Our assembly lines are always busy for the orders everyday.We have 3 production lines and 280 skillful

workers. The products will be inspected carefully before packing by QC. We can finish at most 2000pcs

complete wheelchairs in one day.

Test Center

We have our own wheelchair test center at factory. The products are required for testing in every

orders.The manual wheelchairs test according to international standard ISO7176-8.

Shipping

We can ship three or four 40HQ containers per day ordinarily.And we do FOB,CNF generally.

The cartons are always shipped in orderly rows.

Assure Medical provides for a 1 year warranty on all mobility products from the

date of purchase. If there is failure due to a warrantable manufacturer's defect,

we will replace the parts under warranty and if needed repair the unit at no

additional charge.
