    - Destination: Chn ni s cha i tng hp Stock c to ra. C thchn trong cy ph h hoc ngay trn mn hnh ho.4. C th iu chnh cc gi tr X, Y, Z nu mun tng thm hoc gim ikch thc Box Stock to ra.

    5. C th thay i trc h thng Axis System dng nh ngha Rough Stockbng cch Click vo nt Select an Axis v sau chn:- Mt trc khc.- Mt mt phng Plane khc.- Mt Surface Planar khc.

    I. CREATE A SWEEP ROUGHING OPERATION :- To chu trnh gia cng th Sweep Roughing. Sweep Roughing l 1 chu trnhcho php gia cng th chi tit Part bi mt phng Planes thng ng Vertical.1. Chn Sweep Roughing ICon. Hp thoi xut hin:a. Geometry Tab Page: nh ngha thng s hnh hc cho chu trnh giacng.

    - Mi vng mu trn ICon ng trong hnh trn c th Click ri chn trctip hoc Right Click vo n v chn cc cng c trong Menu ng cnh hinra.- Part: Vng mu , chn cc b mt Face (Right Click v chn trongMenu ng cnh) hoc chn ton b chi tit gia cng (Click v chn lunchi tit trong mn hnh ho). Part ny c th c Offset on part:imm.- Part Avoid: Vng tng t nh Check, l vng m khi gia cng s cntrnh.- Top/Down: nh ngha cc mt phng cao nht v thp nht. Cc mt phngny s nh ra vng dao s gia cng chi tit.     II. ROUGHING :- Chu trnh Roughing l mt chu trnh cho php gia cng th chi tit Partstheo cc mt phng nm ngang Horizontal Planes.

    - Trc ht, hin th m hnh di dng khung dy wireframe .1. Click nt Roughing ICon. Hp thoi xut hin

    a. Geometry Tab Pages: Xc nh cc thng s hnh hc cho chutrnh.

    - Chu trnh ny buc phi chn Rough Stock chng trnh s tnh tontng quan gia phi v chi tit thc hin tnh ton s lng lp ct cnthit.- Tt c cc thng s Geometry u tng t nh Geometry ca chu trnh giacng Prismatic Roughing Operation. Ch khc thng s Zone Order s ni phn sau.- Imposed Plane: L mt phng dng c ct phi i qua. Nu mun s dngtt c Surface Planar trong Part nh l Surface Imposed, s dng cng cSearch/View trong Menu ng cnh khi Right Click vo Imposed Planetrn ICon ng. Sau khi hp thoi hin ra, Click nt All Planes tm tt ccc Surface Planar hoc Click nt Reachable Planes tm cc SurfacePlanar c th vi ti c.

    Sau khi c kt qu, Click chn cc Surface trong danh sch v Clickcc nt mi tn chn hoc xo b chn. Cc Surface khi c Click vo ssng ln trn mn hnh ho hin th cc Surface Planar .

    - Tool/Rough Stock:

    + Position: nh ngha v tr ng ca tm dng c ct so vi phi th.Gm Inside/Outside/On.

    + Offset: nh ngha khong cch dng c ct vt qu v tr. N thhin bng % ca ng knh ca dng c ct. Thng s ny hu dng trongtrng hp c cc o gn cnh ca Part v ng knh dng c ct qu rngcho php vng sau ca o b ct phi. Thng s ny ch s dng khi Positionl Outside hoc l Inside.

    + Minimum thickness to machine: nh ra chiu dy vt liu nh nhts c ct gt khi s dng Overshoot (Vt qu) hoc trong chu trnh giacng li Rework.

    + Force Replay: S dng cho chu trnh gia cng li ReworkingOperation. N s tnh ton phn phi th cn li t chu trnh trc n. Sdng n trong chu trnh Reworking Operation trc khi Click Replay mphng.b. Machining Parameter Strategy: Thng s cng ngh.- Machining Tab:

    Vi Part Contouring: Check, ti mi lp Cut, u tin dao s di chuyntheo ng Contour bao quanh vng ct, sau dao s chuyn ng Zig-Zag gia cng phn vt liu ti vng gia cc ng ct Contour trc nhbnh thng.

    Vi Part Contouring: Uncheck, th s Cut nh bnh thng, dao s chytheo ng Zig-Zag lun ct vt liu.

    - Axial Tab: Nhp chiu su ln nht ca mi lp gia cng.

    + Variable cut depths: Nhp cc lp ct thay i dao s thc hinth t theo cc lp ct c chiu su thay i . Gi tr nhp s theo vng su. V d t Top ca Stock n su 15mm, Cut Depth l 2mm;

    - Zone Tab:

    + Small pass filter : nh ngha vng nh nht gia cngtheo dng c s dng (%).

    + Pocket filter: Chn cng c kch hot cng c. Sau nhp ToolCore Diameter (%). Khng phi Pocket no cng c gia cng nu nkhng su cho dng c ct i xung. Mt gi tr rng ngha l dng c ctcho php i xung c hc Pocket. Kch c Pocket nh nht c a rapha di.- Bottom Tab:

    + Automatic horizontal areas detection: Khi kim ny c chn, l con ng duy nht chc chn rng cc mt phng ct tng ng vi 1vng nm ngang c nh ngha cho Imposed Plane ct qua vng . Nghal bn phi tnh ton n Offset ca Part. Plane ny p t cho tt c cc Part(nhng th l khng tt nhin). Nu c vi vng nm ngang c tnh ton ticc lp khc nhau bn phi nh ngha tt c theo cc Imposed Plane.

CONTOUR - DRIVEN MACHINING :- To chu trnh gia cng mt vng trn 1 chi tit bng cch s dng Contournh l ng dn.- Cc Geometry Tab Page v Machining Parameter Strategy Tab Page ccc thng s tng t nh cc chu trnh gia cng tinh trnh by trn.C 3 kiu chu trnh gia cng Contour Machining. Vo Machining ParameterStrategy Tab Page . Trong phn Guiding Strategy:

    1. Parallel Contour:- Toolpath qut mt vng to cc Pass lin tc vi xa tng dn (hoc gndn) so vi pha c 1 ng Contour lm ng dn, cc Pass Toolpath l ccoffset song song vi ng Contour dn.- Trong Machining Parameter Strategy Tab Page, Click chn ParallelContour.
