We can accommodate every wish and family tradition to create your perfect day. Walk down

the aisle in one of our versatile ballrooms or our beautiful Sunset Terrace for your ceremony.

The ceremony fee includes:

• Up to two hours of rental space (plus contracted set up time)

• Rehearsal space the day prior (based on availability)

• Two wireless microphones, 3.5mm cable for music devices, mixer and speakers

• Set up and break down of event area

Our three spacious ballrooms will provide you and your guests a picture perfect backdrop to

enjoy your special day. A portion of your ballroom will be set up for the ceremony.

The Sunset Terrace has a long history of hosting weddings and special events in any

season. The Sunset Terrace is available for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. In case of

inclement weather, a portion of your reception ballroom will be used as a back up space.

Westfields Marriott does allow a ceremonial or religious flame during a ceremony. The flame cannot be

ignited prior to the event and must be extinguished immediately at the end of the event. The flame must be

securely supported and well separated from any combustible material during the entire course of the event.

Any event that requires an open flame also requires a hotel staff member to be present.

insurance for a minimum coverage of $5 million. Caterer Expectations are located in this packet

• Small plates, silverware and cocktail napkins will be provided by the hotel

• Skirted buffet tables, utensils and a limited number of chafing dishes (if required) will be

provided by the hotel

• Staging area and hot boxes for the caterer's food will be provided by hotel

• High top and seated cocktail tables (not full seating) will be provided by the hotel

• Event Manager, Banquet Captain and staff will be dedicated to the event

In conjunction with your wedding celebration, the Westfields Marriott will allow menu items to be brought in

by an approved and insured outside ethnic caterer. The caterer must be licensed with a minimum coverage

amount of $5 million and provide the hotel with a certificate of general liability insurance. The Outside

Caterer Addendum will be included in your contract and an Outside Caterer Letter of Expectations must be

signed by the caterer prior to the event. All food must be prepared and cooked prior to arrival;

No access will be granted to the on premise kitchen.

Each function time to be confirmed in the contract. Facility fees of $500.00 will apply for each additional hour

• Self-serve non-alcoholic beverage station including Pepsi soft drinks, apple, cranberry, and

orange juice, hot tea, regular and decaffeinated coffee, and iced water will be provided up to

two (2) hours during lunch

• Skirted buffet tables, appropriate serving utensils and a reasonable number of chafing

dishes will be provided based on hotel’s inventory

• Staging area and hot boxes for the caterer's food will be provided by hotel

• Selection of hotel’s floor-length linens, silverware, china and glassware for all lunch tables

• House centerpieces with 3-tier stemmed candle holders with votive and mirror tile

• Event Manager, Banquet Captain and staff will be dedicated to the event
