Childrens Physical Activ-ity levels (Nationl Statistic, 2012) 35% of children are not
getting enough exercise (60minutes of moderate-high intensity activity) (BHF, 2012)

Finally… Is a free play centre a good way to increase children's physical activity?
Non structured active play is the highest recorded type of physical activity! (BHF,
2012)
