OVERVIEW NOTE This note provides an overview of the SAP solution to cover the Brazilian legal requirement of changes regarding Eletronic Notas Fiscais (NF-e) published via Technical Notes at Ministrio da Fazenda website. These Technical Notes implement minor changes complementing the original integration manual named "Manual_Integrao_Contribuinte_verso_4.01-NT2009.006.pdf", also available at the same website. These technical notes can be found at the following URL (remove any line breaks before pasting in your web browser): http://www.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/portal/listaConteudo.aspx?tipoConteudo=tW+YMyk/50s= For each Technical Note published at the NF-e National Portal, SAP will update this Overview Note with additional information on how this change will be handled, if necessary. We strongly suggest you to subscribe to this note so that you receive an e-mail every time SAP updates it. Please make sure that your S-User is correctly setup with a valid e-mail address and that you have subscribed using the "Subscribe" link at the upper-right corner of this screen, as shown in the "Subscribe.pdf" attachment. NF-e solution is divided in two different systems: SAP ERP and SAP NF-e 1.0 or 10.0 (a.k.a. GRC). Sometimes the changes will affect SAP ERP, SAP NF-e, both or none of them. If the changes are relevant to the messaging system SAP NF-e, and your company uses a third-party solution instead, you'll have to contact you vendor since SAP is not responsible for its maintenance.

l Technical Note 04/2014 Subject: XML Schema Changes and New Validation Rules SAP Products affected: SAP NF-e 10.0 Status: Due to a SEFAZ update from 01.08.2014 about informing NCM with 00000000 (eight zeroes), it was necessary to adjust one validation,please check SAP Note2054675.

l Technical Note 03/2014 Subject: EPEC Event for NFC-e SAP Products affected: SAP NF-e 10.0 Status: in analysis by SAP.

l Technical Note 02/2014 Subject: New Web Service for Receivers Acknowledgment SAP Products affected: SAP NF-e 10.0 Status: Solution delivered in SP19 of GRC on 23.12.2014(SAP note 2097632).

l Technical Note 01/2014 Subject: EPEC Event - New Contingency SAP Products affected: SAP NF-e 10.0 and SAP ERP Status: SAP is going to deliver a solution within this year, planned delivery date is being discussed.

l Technical Note 06/2013 Subject: Resoluo 13: new field nFCI and new origin. SAP Products affected: SAP NF-e 10.0 and SAP ERP Status: For GRC, solution will be delivered in SP15 or alternatively you can implement SAP notes 1397878 (NetWeaver), 1897403 and 1896822 (we strongly recommend to be in SP14 to implement the mentioned notes). We advise to implement SP15 instead of implementing those notes. For ERP, please check SAP notes 1897035, 1897505, 1897850,1911767 and 1920284.
