Prerequisites are lower level coursework that must be fulfilled before a student can enroll in a higher level course. Many upper division

classes have “pre-requisite” requirements. Exchange students will need to demonstrate, via transcripts and course descriptions, that

they have completed equivalent coursework that satisfies the SDSU pre-requisites. Master’s level courses are numbered between 600

and 799. These classes are not open to undergraduates. The General Catalog, Graduate Bulletin and Class Schedule all identify any

prerequisites required for specific courses. Please check the notes in these documents carefully.

Students should meet with faculty at their home institution to plan what courses to take while at SDSU to ensure that courseworkcompleted here will transfer successfully on return. Undergraduate exchange students can enroll in courses from all majors except: Nursing and Television, Film and Media Studies,

and Nursing. Graduate exchange students need additional departmental approval for exchange admission. Here you will find a list of all

Master’s majors offered at SDSU. Admission process is lengthier for graduate level students as it is reviewed by multiple peopleand departments.

Admission by department will very depending on space and prerequisite course completion. As approval into the program is dependent on the major department we cannot guarantee placement.

information. Undergraduate exchange students typically take 4-5 classes per semester. Graduate exchange students typically take 3-4 classes.

Most classes are 3 units (credits) in value. 1 credit/unit = 15 hours of classroom instruction. Be advised that immigration regulations require that undergraduate students take a minimum of 12 units and that graduate

students take a minimum of 9 units. Exchange students cannot take more than 17 units because the workload is too great and itwould not allow students to participate in student life.

Students are responsible for room and board, and all other personal expenses such as: fees that may be associated with specific classes

(e.g. computer, language, science lab fees, and equipment rental fees for sports classes), health insurance, books, local transportation,

entertainment, etc. Students are currently responsible for showing evidence of funds for a minimum of $9,650 USD per semester on the

Financial Statement Form.

Students attending SDSU for one-academic year will be required to show proof of the following immunizations: Measles/Rubella,

Hepatitis B.

VISA: Exchange students will be issued a DS-2019 form by the International Student Center upon admission to the SDSU exchange

program. This form is required for the J 1 visa which students need to obtain to participate on the SDSU exchange program. Exchange

Course Enrolment Exchange Students are allowed to take courses under the full-time Bachelor of Business Administration programme at CityU in

Students have option to choose either stay in or outside of campus. But we recommend students to stay in the dormitory because it is more cheaper than living off campus.

On-campus dormitory

Our three dormitory buildings are located uphill behind the campus. Double rooms (shared bathroom on each floor) are

available for exchange students and all exchange students receive on-campus housing. Rooms are arranged by the program

coordinator and cost KRW 640,000(4 months of stay, approximately USD 600).

Off-Campus Rentals

This option is not recommended for visiting exchange students although it is available. Off-campus housing is much more

expensive (avg. KRW 500,000-600,000 per month).

As most campuses in France, Rennes School of Business does not have halls of residence and therefore all students registered at the

school must rent private accommodation. The school and the “Well’Come” team can help students, if they wish, find accommodation

for the duration of their stay in Rennes.

Accommodation in Rennes needs planning and booking in advance as it is a university city with over 60,000 French and international

students every year. Rents can vary depending on the landlord, the location and the services and equipment provided. Students are

therefore strongly encouraged to reserve their accommodation as soon as possible after having been accepted.

Housing information

Hanken has no on-campus accommodation. Student accommodation is available from the Foundations for student housing in the

Helsinki region, HOAS and in the city of Vaasa, VOAS. Students are requested to submit the online application directly to the respective

housing office.

Helsinki Campus:

Exchange students going to Hanken Helsinki campus for the Autumn semester or full year shall apply for a HOAS room as of 1 April.

Students coming for the Spring semester shall apply as of 1 October. All students who are interested in a room from HOAS shall apply

immediately when the application opens on 1 April / 1 October at www.hoas.fi –> Exchange Students using the link APPLICATION FOR

EXCHANGE STDENTS only. In order to secure a possible offer from HOAS the student must have submitted the electronic application.

Within Hanken’s quota of rooms we give overseas students priority for HOAS housing. Additionally, rooms are allocated on first come

The Free University of Bozen-Bolzano tries to accommodate all exchange students in student halls of residence (administered by the local government). Priority is given to NON-EU citizens because they need to have accommodation before their arrival, in order to obtain the student visa to enter Italy.

Single room at student hall of residence: € 295 including expenses/month (+ returnable deposit: € 590). A full semester contract will be signed with the residence administration. The contracts are for 5 or 10 months according the stay.

Students who prefer to look for a private accommodation can check offers on the university’s online notice board http://accommodationunibz.blogspot.it/ or send us an advert, which will be published on the notice board.

Private accommodation ranges from € 350 to € 500/month for a single room in a shared apartment (+ returnable deposit: 2-3 month rents)

Entry Visa: The Italian Student Visa is free of charge and has to be requested at an Italian Consulate/Embassy (students have to beprepared to long processing times).

Italian residence permit (to be requested once at place within 8 working days from the entrance in the Schengen Area): costs related to the issue ~ € 180.

Food and personal items: ~ € 300/month. Public transport (bus, train): several possibilities according to individual needs ~ € 150. Textbooks: can be lent at our library, teaching materials will be offered in digital format.

Students can apply for student residences or look for a room on the private market. For exchange students from overseas, we offer a very

limited number of places in our off-campus student residences: single bedrooms in student dormitories for € 316* - 440*, apartments €

There are furnished rooms (shared kitchen and bathroom) in several dormitories in different areas of Mannheim. After being accepted by

the University of Mannheim, the student will receive the link and personal password for our online portal myUniMA, along with detailed

Exchange programme in Economics and Business Administration. The majority of subjects in the exchange programme are taught at Master level (almost 80% from our exchange programme consists of

Courses in the field of Business Economics will be taught in a modular schedule and with permanent evaluation! This means that it will be difficult to match with timetables in other study fields.

Incoming students study at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in either German, English, or a combination of both. To meet the

The “Studentenwerk” is responsible for providing accommodation for LMU exchange students. The allocation of rooms is, however,

coordinated at the International Office. Students wishing to apply for student accommodation should tick the appropriate box in the

online application form for admission. Applications arriving after the deadline cannot be considered.

Rooms in student housing is very reasonably priced and can cost between 250€ and 390€. Rental costs for private housing in Munich are

high. Rooms in flat-shares and apartments easily cost between 450€ and 800€ (if not more) per calendar month, depending on the

location and amenities.

The dormitories run by the Studentenwerk Augsburg offer the most affordable and comfortable accommodation for exchange students

in Augsburg. The apartments are furnished and monthly rent amounts to 204 € to 274 € for a single apartment.

The cost for food, accommodation, clothes, leisure activities, etc. in Germany is average for EU countries and is relatively low in

comparison to some countries (e.g. Scandinavia). It is impossible to say what exactly your monthly outgoings will be, as the costs always

depend on an individual's way of life.

Student rooms in Antwerpare rented by the month. The rent should be paid on the first day of the month. A deposit of 1, 2 or sometimes 3

months must be paid to the landlord upon arrival.

Student rooms tend to be single rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Students must bring their own linen.

The Antwerp campus makes use of a database called Kotweb. It offers a wide selection of studios and apartments. Kotweb also provides

Exchange students are recommended to do 20 credits during a regular term. We require a minimum of 15 credits and allow a maximum

of 30 credits.

Business postgraduate (MBA or Master):

MBA-Students coming for an exchange term may take courses from the MBA-program and from the MSc-Program. Courses in the

MBA-program may be restricted to exchange students coming from a MBA-program at their home institution.

HHL reserves the right to decide individually according to specific requirements such as pre-knowledge and work experience,

whether students from other programs are eligible for MBA courses as well. Students coming from consecutive programs (usually

a 4 or 5 years European program leading to an equivalent of a Masters degree) are welcome in the MSc-Program.

HHL offers a variety of subjects in: Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Logistics, Entrepreneurship, International

Management, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics.

Dormitory Application Procedure

HHL does not have student dormitories. Some dormitories are available on campus only through the Student Union (Studentenwerk)

Leipzig. If you are interested in renting a student dorm, please contact the Student Union Leipzig directly. Please note that dormitory

places are very popular and apply as soon as possible.

At MIP, we have students coming from all across the world, from many different cities, countries and regions. Milan will seem to some of you like quite an expensive city, whilst to others it will seem more reasonable. In reality, the cost of living in Milan is comparable to many other large European cities. The information below is to give you an idea of how to budget and prepare your living expenses for Milan. Housing: Between €400 to €800 per month (average price paid by students has been of €550 per month) Living Expenses: €300 per month Health Insurance: €100 one year Public transports https://nuovosistematariffario.atm.it/en/ Student Visas

Students coming to Italy for a period exceeding 90 days will always need a visa. Students coming for a shorter period may need a visa or may be able to enter Italy with a valid passport only, as tourist, depending on their country of origin. Enquire about your specific circumstances at the Italian Consulate near you.

Health Insurance When applying for your visa, you will receive instructions on the health cover you are expected to have for your stay in Italy. If you come for a short period of time and you do not require a visa, it is your responsibility to have insurance that covers you for any accident or emergency during your stay in Milan, including at MIP. If you intend to travel within Europe, make sure that your insurance covers you for the entire Schengen territory.
