Resetting your Mobile Banking password. A step-by-step guide to help you reset your password or find your Customer Acess Number and other logon details.

How do I reset my Mobile Banking password?

Step 1Open the Bank of Melbourne Mobile Banking App and select Logon.

Step 2Select Need help?

Step 4Enter your Customer Access Number (CAN) and date of birth. Select Continue.

Step 3Select Forgot security number/password.

Step 5Select a phone number to receive your Secure Code. You can choose to have it sent via SMS or voice. Select Send.

Step 6Enter the Secure Code sent to your phone and select Authenticate.

Step 8Your Security number and Password and have been reset. Select Close.

Step 7Select your Security number and Password, and re-enter to confirm. You will use this Security number and Password to log onto Internet Banking. Select Continue.

Step 9You can now logon using your new details.

How do I find my CAN using Mobile Banking?

Step 1Open the Bank of Melbourne Mobile Banking App and select Logon.
