There are 2 methods by which you can reset your password for accessing Trinity online systems (including myportal.trinity.nsw.edu.au). 1. Resetting your Trinity Grammar School Password.

1. You receive a password reset email from Trinity that provide you with a link to “Set your password”. Note: This will typically only occur at the start of each calendar year.
2. While attempting to logon to one of Trinity’s online systems (such as myportal.trinity.nsw.edu.au), select the option “I forgot my password”.

When you click on the link – “click here to set a new password”, you will be navigated to the Password Reset screen, where you can reset your password.

Once you’ve Entered and Confirmed your New Password and then click on “Change Password”, you will be presented with the confirmation screen.

From the Logon screen of one of Trinity’s online systems, click on “I forgot my password”.

You will be navigated to the Password reset screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your Username. This will be your Trinity email address, which is [email protected].
Then click on “Send my password recovery code”.

You can then Log back onto the Trinity Online system with this Username.
