◦ Once the password is reset, users can access
Blackboard with the new password
You will need:
◦ CUA ID (Contact the helpdesk if you do not know your CUA ID)
◦ Last 4 digits of your SSN
◦ Student or employee ID
◦ Date of birth
◦ 5-digit home zip code
Go tohome.cua.edu
Click Forgot your password?
Read the directions carefully
Click Password Reset
Complete the form and click
Submit
Write down the new password:
It is case sensitive
Read the directions
Read the password notes
After 20 minutes, return to
home.cua.edu
Log in with your CUA Username and the
Temporary password

Enter the temporary password
Create a new password
ClickUpdate Password
Go to:bb8.cua.edu
ClickUser Login
Log in with your newly created
password
